Where do I start? When it boils down to it, Laura is the best of the best! I wouldn't go anywhere else for my conveyancing and when I found out that Laura had moved from her old firm to Your Conveyancer, I jumped straight onto the phone and asked to be put through to her!

Laura is honest, kind, passionate about her role in your sale/purchase and most of all, keeps it real! Laura's honesty and integrity makes you feel so comfortable and I genuinely for one wouldn't look anywhere else for conveyancing!

The process was seamless, the portal intuitive and easy to follow and upload items and documents. Regular updates received so I was constantly updated on where we were at in the process giving reassurance and peace of mind. My conveyancer in particular was a lady called Stacy Walsh. She was exceptional. Regular personal comms via email and calls when necessary. A total breath of fresh air and it made what can be a stressful situation quite easy and pleasant in the end. I would definitely recommend. 5 starts all round. Well done.

Although I had a bit of trouble logging back into the portal, everything else was great. Communication and advice were swift and accurate. Great job!

I am dissatisfied with how my mortgage application was handled. I completed my part of the process on 09/03, promptly providing all requested documents on the same day. It was clearly stated from the outset that the mortgage needed to commence on 01/04/2026.

On 1 April, I noticed that my previous bank had taken the monthly payment instead of the new lender, Bank of Ireland. I contacted Your Conveyancer and was informed that my case had not been completed. I was then told that, due to the Easter break, completion would not take place until 10 April.

As a direct result of this delay, I incurred an additional cost of £421.92 to cover the period from 1 April to 10 April. This cost arose due to failures in progressing my application, despite me meeting all requirements on time and clearly communicating the required start date.

I also found the subsequent communication unsatisfactory, as I received unclear and unconvincing explanations that did not adequately address the issue or take responsibility.

I am concerned that, had I not proactively followed up, the process may have been delayed even further.

Lucy Knight from the Dunfermline office made this usually stressful process very straight forward and stress free! From the initial process right through to the completion, we were kept up to date with clear and fast communication and found the portal useful to keep up with what stage we were at. I dealt with Nicola who was brilliant throughout. I know the solicitors are representing the mortgage company, but they were absolutely brilliant in replying to my questions (I've not done this before) and were great at communicating with me throught the process.

Totally impressed with the service provided by Your Conveyancer! I’ve just completed on my remortgage using the free legals from Nationwide, I was kept upto date at all stages, had no surprise charges and completed on the date I requested! I’m even more impressed that I work in the industry (mortgage manager at a building society) and know how difficult it is sometimes to liaise with solicitors but I’ve definitely seen a different side after using Your Conveyancer!
