Slow to post, poor service overall

Slow to post. Prices are a lot higher than other sites. Dont inform you when products are out of stock, just don't ship them and still get charged.

No email confirmation or when delivery was going to be. Kids chewable vitamins were powder and tasted disgusting. Really disappointing

We emailed 21/01 regarding the Kid's Chewable to request batch information in order to investigate this issue alongside the manufacturer.

Everything was good

Everything was good! Can only recommend the merchant. It is a little frustrating that there aren’t status updates where is the package when crossing countries but after all if it is always delivered - good enough for me. Great prices, wide range of products and good delivery time.
