Depends which one you go to as to quality.
Local to me in Chester N.S the store’s produce department is one of the worst I’ve seen.
On any given day you can find rotting produce on the shelves. The quality is appalling and it’s not as if it is cheap.

I bought a container of peaches that were produced in the USA on Wednesday, July 15th (a couple of days ago), which cost me $10. I was only able to eat one of them; the rest were all bad and had to be thrown away. Wondering if this is due to the "Parasite" problem now in the USA.
Very expensive for only being able to eat one peach.

I shopped today at the Brockville, Ontario location. I was about to purchase a small box of Mandarin oranges that was on a pallet. I noticed a smell of mould and could see that nearly all of the produce had a large amount of mould and should not be on the floor for sale as it it a serious health risk. This is not the first time that I have seen this in their produce.

I was hit by a stocking cart in the left hip by a staff member in the Bakery section.Her cart was stocked with many boxes above her eye level.She didn't see
me because of the blocked view of the high stacked boxes.I filled out an accident report before I left the
store-No one has ever called to see if I was alright.I wasn't.I left 2 messages for the owners in Belleville,Ont. to call me.They never did.I also wrote a letter to the owners of the store-Mr./Mrs.Mcdowell on Dundas St. East-Belleville-never to get a call.I have had major back /hip and
a cracked rib and lost time from work.
This incident could have been very tragic if the Employee hit a child or an elderly person because I was almost knocked off my feet.I want to know if the Manager/Owners are just ignoring my messages
and letter I sent to them.TheManager that took my

Tim Horton Original Fine Grind Coffee 930g. [made in Ontario], the price increased by $7 within this past week. Went to my neighbourhood [Vancouver/BC] store today and found this product is listed @ $27.99; Seems this store and its parent company (Loblaws) has raised the price, as they pleased. for what reason? Unreal.

Went to the store on Davie street guard says I was stealing I was not stealing I didn’t even have anything. The only thing I was holding was my cell phone. So I walked out they’ve done this to me on several different occasions so I no longer shop in their store or any other store that uses blackbird security they are the worst security guard company ever!

I have a few issues with this grocery store.

1. They have pickup only which is fine however they have the prices in the location of my town hiked so high that lower class can afford very little and are getting by on 1 week - 1 & 1/2 weeks of food spread throughout the day every month

2. The employees are very rude at the location in my town and very unprofessional. They treat my brothers and mother like garbage. Get angry at my brothers for being male and refuse to help men. they also Get angry at my mother for being native american in my local location.

3. The prices in my location for food are 2 - 3x the normal prices which makes it hard on lower class families, the disabled like my mother and I, those on welfare and students.

4. Numerous times the order has been messed up or gone outright missing or given to another family forcing us to charge back to get our money go a few days hungry waiting for our money to come back in and then risk our lives as Immunocompromised to get food.

Covid already is hard enough as it is. The lower class, the students, the welfare, elderly, mentally ill, chronic illness and the disabled are being royally screwed during this and having to choose between not getting heatstroke or having food.
We cant afford to run fans AND eat. Soon we might not be able to afford internet and then we wont be able to pay taxes because all the libraries are closed and the only one in my town is too far away and we dont drive.

We don't own a car. We walk or cab. Cabs are becoming too expensive. Busses aren't running.
Yet grocery stores are hiking prices too high and charging out the wazoo and the government is leaving us lower class to suffer.

Yet theres no sympathy, theres not one person out in the world not one business trying to help make things easier. Landlords are still charging so much in rent. My family has no work. Mom and I are disabled. My brothers only job has been freelance work for the landlord and because of covid they've been put out of work. However they can't apply for benefits in covid because freelancers aren't covered under it.
