Der Geschäftsführer/Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, entgegenkommend und zu empfehlen. Nach diversen Gesprächen habe ich das von mir gewünschte Fahrzeug leider nicht gekauft. Die vorgeschlagenen Mängelbeseitigungen entsprachen nicht meinen Vorstellungen…..

We went to look for a car 2 weeks ago, and the whole experience was great. The team were on hand to help and advise, with no pressure or sales pitches. This was a massive thing for us as we don't like to be hounded. We found a car we liked and they let us test drive it there and then.
We decided we wanted to purchase the car and they were again very helpful with no pressure.
A week later we picked the car up and are very happy with it. A day after taking the car home we noticed a mark on the door, that we hadn't noticed before. We called them and they offered to contribute to fixing the mark, or for us to go back up to them to sort. Could not be more impressed with the whole experience and with Naz, who was fantasitc.
We would reccommend them to anybody wanting a BMW

Bought a 330e which was great spec, these guys were not pushy, very friendly, unfortunately didn't have the 2nd key. Waseem said if they couldn't find it in 2 weeks, they would pay for a new one and he was as good as his word. Would definitely use these guys again for my next motor.

It is rare that I write reviews, but I have now owned my BMW 330e that I bought from YNC for two years, and I am still happy with the car. There was no pressure selling, no urgency, and the car was clean and valeted when I got there to pick it up.

Yes, I did go for one with the silly aftermarket body kit and 20" alloys - but this was the reason I wanted it! It remains a head-turner wherever I go, even if they are not OEM parts.

The only issues I had - the "flashing" rear brake light in the centre of the bumper, this is - despite what they tried to tell me - not road legal. Fortunately I was able to disconnect it, they had wired it through a neat junction box into the right rear brakes, it took just 10 minutes of YouTube to sort that. Also the car had a windscreen chip in the drivers view, but it has gone through two MOT since with no issue so it must be small - the salesman knocked off £75 from the price for this. Finally the charging cable doesn't work, but this was not expensive to source.

I didn't need to get back in touch with YNC at all after my purchase. The car has now done 26,000 miles with me in it, all good - touch wood!

The cheap tyres they put on weren't much fun at higher speeds on the Autobahn, and so I replaced with Michelins - but at £280 a corner these 20" wheels don't run cheap.

Other than a replacement water pump, all I have needed in the last two years is normal wear and tear sundries. I haven't even needed new brakes!

And, best of all, looking on AutoTrader today, the car is worth more than my outstanding loan, so I am still quids in. I would come back to YNC again.

Have had the best experience with YNC from start to finish. Have always answered all my queries and concerns before purchasing. I genuinely trust them and will continue to be a loyal customer with them moving forward.

I can really see why YOUR NEXT CAR has a 5 star rating, the guys were very friendly and helpful throughout my whole experience buying my new car, you can see that they strive for high expectations in delivering high quality cars.
I would highly recommend purchasing a car from this company.
Fantastic customer service

At first, Your Next Car were friendly and easy to deal with when I purchased a VW Polo. Given the value of the car, I expected it to have been properly checked and ready for the road.

They claimed it had undergone a PDI, but when I took it to an approved VW garage, their report listed multiple faults – including wheel bearings I had already raised with them. The same report also flagged: brake pads fitted to worn discs, a distorted wheel, wishbone bushes fallen out, and a split centre exhaust sleeve.

Repairs were eventually arranged through a third-party garage, but they refused to fix the brakes and one of the front bearings also listed on the report. After almost three months of back and forth – and having to involve my finance company – the work was finally completed. This drawn-out process also cost me three days’ holiday from work.

To make matters worse, their follow-up to my review included personal details that I believe breached data protection (reported to the ICO). I also received a phone call from a staff member named Waseem in which foul language was used, and attempts were made to make me feel irrelevant – but it didn’t work. My solicitor has advised me that Your Next Car mishandled the situation from the start.

I regret buying from them and would not recommend.

Bought a bmw 320d last week. Have got to say the service has been exceptional. Were buying from distance so didn't see the car until we picked it up , and wow when we got there what a car , looked amasing fantastic condition and well presented , Waseem who we dealt with has been so very helpful in us getting us our new car . This is our fifth purchase over the years, from your next car & every time we have been delighted, not only with their impeccable service but the cars we have purchased. This BMW 2 Series grand tourer that we bought from Waseem is nothing short of immaculate. Thank you as always for your time, advice & presenting the car like it's brand new.

Leider absolut enttäuschend – keine Empfehlung!

Wir haben in diesem Autohaus ein Fahrzeug gekauft und uns auf eine faire Abwicklung sowie die gesetzliche Gewährleistung verlassen. Leider haben wir direkt nach dem Kauf nur Probleme mit dem Auto gehabt. Es traten mehrere Mängel auf, die klar unter die Gewährleistung fallen.

Statt sich ihrer gesetzlichen Pflicht zu stellen, versuchte das Autohaus, sämtliche Reparaturen über eine externe Garantie abzuwickeln – obwohl diese nicht dafür zuständig ist. Die gesetzliche Gewährleistung wurde ignoriert oder bewusst umgangen. Auf unsere Hinweise wurde kaum reagiert, man hat uns nicht ernst genommen und immer wieder abgewimmelt.

Wir haben die Angelegenheit mittlerweile unserem Anwalt übergeben und warten nun auf die weitere Klärung.

Für uns war das eine sehr negative Erfahrung. Wir können dieses Autohaus auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen!

Sold my BMW to this company today, and they were absolutely great. Gave me a fair price for my car, more than £1k more than W.B.A.C. They were very good with communication throughout the process and easy/friendly to deal with.

Purchased a 330e from Naqeeb and Waseem. Exceptional customer experience and very highly recommended. Would definetley visit for next purchase.
