Zahal Online Store レビュー

Great products, on-the-spot customer service. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Just got my calendar. There were a few snags with the international shipping, but the customer service was helpful in sorting it out. Would definitely reccommend.

Always an amazing level of customer support. Very easy navigation through the catalog/website. Orders always arrive in a timely manner.

I advise you not to order anything on this site because they also take the payment for the package, so you might not get it. On their page it is clearly written that the package comes in 15 days, they lie, it has been a long time and I have not received anything until now

After trying many online stores to get what I needed Zahal not only had what I wanted but it was also an excellent price and they were able to ship to me with no hassles.
Email communication was fast and prompt.
Tracking information was supplied and the items arrived quickly and well packaged.
I will definitely purchase from again when the need arises.

Ordered a sling and 20 Punisher rail covers..
got the sling and 1 Punisher rail cover.. not a big deal I guess since the rail covers were cheap…. First time I have ever had a problem with Zahal..

What can I say, great prices and super fast shipping. Can't really beat it. Not to mention the customer support team was top notch, I wrote to them and had a reply addressing my concerns quickly. Will shop from here again!

The products are excellent. Shipping may take some time, but it's worth the wait

I have ordered a recoil spring from them and It's 30 days later and all I got on my inquiries is that they are looking into it. Money was taken and no product delivered. Unbelievable!!! Do not buy from this company unless you don't like your money and you just want to give it away,

Quality products, fast shipping, ability to track your order at any time and good service!

Although it takes time for shipping from Israel to the US every thing always arrives in great condition. I would recommend this company highly

The customer service was excellent let alone the product. At first glance, thought I was sent the wrong product. But after assembling everything with weapon in it, it looked great and felt great. Thank you for the speedy response and transparency.

Great customer service. My items got sucked up by CBSA in Canada for weeks. I inquired with Zahal and they sent me a new tracking link right away. Great products and great people. Thanks again!

I rate zahal 5 star although my item arrived late almost 3 months later, the staff made it possible to deliver my item in an unpresented situation of events in Israel. Thank you amd may you all be safe and peace be with you all.
Zahal staff the best.

They had what I wanted and the price including shipping was fair given the product and distance it was being shipped for a spring kit upgrade for FN FNX45. Was a little hiccup in shipping but reached out and got a very prompt reply and the item arrived a couple days later. You cant ask for better customer service...things happen and it is how you respond that matters. Will definitely use them again for hard to find items.

The products are exactly as described and considering how far away they come from shipping times are realistic.
Prices are excellent as are the products. They are simple inexpensive, practical and they work.
They’re pretty cool too. I recently assembled a KISS carbine, somewhat like an older IDF style and with the Zahal sling and attachments it really rocks.
Thank you!

The folks at Zahal are nice to talk to, accommodating and try to please the customer.
I've purchased mainly apparel and a few small items over the years. Delivery times can be noteworthy because of distances and the routes that packages must travel through from Israel.
Customer service representatives offer advice and tips for the consumers purchases.
Problems or questions about merchandise are answered in a timely means. Replacements for missing items in shipments are sometimes sent.
In my experience, I received unexpected Items.
Satisfied customer.

Great, quality product (metal dual spring guide rod for my Beretta PX-4 Storm). Great communication and customer service. Will be buying other products from them for my other firearms. Cheers!

I have ordered a IDF sling from zahal that was lost in the mail in the US. Zahal quickly offered to either send me a refund or a replacement! I chose to get a replacement and I got it within a few business days! Looks great and more than worth the money. Would recommend anyone to order from zahal.
