Zahal Online Store レビュー

Perfect service, super comunication, Top productes.

I received the “Mossad” t-shirt a couple of days ago and am very pleased. I have ordered from Zahal for a few years now and have never been disappointed with any purchase from them. A+

English: Zahal is a "fantastic" T.D. (Tactical Defense) Organization. I really like everything they sell (sadly I can't afford all of it, but that's why there is a thing called a job to earn your money and buy more).

I had an amazing experience dealing with "Milton" who took excellent care of his new client Customer (me). I plan on doing more business with the good friends at Zahal's Online Storefront for all your Civ, Mil, LE and general needs.

Thank you for the awesome experience. :) and of course, Good Sir Milton, thank you! :) :)

My shipment was delayed and status showed delivered, no fault of theirs, however they still worked with me to ensure that the product got delivered. This is not the first time I have used them and definitely won’t be the last!

THIS COMPANY CHEATS YOU IF YOU ARE DUMB ENOUGH TO BUY FROM THEM!!!!!
I order 2 items. They only sent 1 item (the cheaper of the 2) then delayed for 30 day. so Paypal would deny claim

I can’t say enough about how amazing Zahal is, truly! I ordered a DPM recoil system for my pistol and even though it had to be shipped internationally to the U.S., it got here super quick! Everything was exactly as I ordered, including a sweet sticker :) I 10/10 recommend Zahal and fully intend on using them more in the future! Thank you for the clear communication and smooth transactions!!

Very helpful support.

Always a great company to find awesome weapon accessories! Their customer service is great too! They ACTUALLY communicate with you when you have questions/concerns, not some machine. I shop with them any chance I get!

Ordered FAB pistol grip , Canada customs held it for a few weeks but was released . No fault of Zahal , communication was excellent . Grip is good value , ergonomic , great quality .
Order with confidence .

This company is fraud,i didn't receive the products and i am still waiting to return my money,8 mounts waiting sending emails and nothing

Best customer service i had in a long time my order was fast and in perfect condition i love my convertion kit i will order another one soon thanks for the fast response

After paying my order on their website I never saw a confirmation page, and I never received a confirmation email, instead I received 3 automated emails telling me my order was not placed and inviting me to pay again. Yet Payment did go through.

I have written 6 emails, directly to their email, replying to their automated emails, and using the contact form on their website, they simply dont reply, I dont know if its intentional or just customer service is not their thing. I have no clue what is going on with my order, its been 10 days, all I know is that the money did go out of my account.

I'll come back to update this review if I get a resolution.

UPDATE: I had to open a case with Paypal, thankfully a paid via Paypal otherwise I think I would have lost my money. They only reply once Paypal intervened, but they never acknowledged all the problems I had, instead they tried to get Paypal to rule on their favor with lies they couldnt proof, but I did had all the evidence so Paypal ruled on my favor and returned all my money. I wouldnt trust them at all, its not just the bad service, its fraudulent intentions.

Order palacement is easy and swift handling. I had a minor issue coz of post offices hickup. Zahal took a good catch of it and handle it great

Over a month and I received nothing, i don't know how they manage shipping but its clearly not a priority when they already got the payment .

Top quality and great designed merch.
Personal is the best.
Recommend.

Super communication. Une équipe a l’écoute pour résoudre un problème de colis lié au transporteur.
Et toujours un colis bien emballé, un petit goodies et des vrais échanges par mail.
Au top, merci à eux

I've been a customer of Zahal for a few years now and have never been disappointed with products or service. Recently, I ordered several products and only got one of the ordered items. I shot them a email and was quickly received a response. I didn't realize that all the items weren't mailed from the same location, not a problem everything arrived within a couple of days of each other. Many thanks, I appreciate you, Steve.

So the USPS had my package going in circles for weeks. After calling Zahal they did their best to get it figured out. Unfortunately the package seems to be lost, so they prepared a new one and just before they shipped it out I received my original, two months after order. This was no fault of Zahal and they worked with me to get everything sorted out. Great customer service and products. Wish I could say the same about the USPS, but they're terrible.

Great products, great customer service. Due to recent international events, it was a little slow for it to get out of Israel, and then with Canada Customs adding another chunk of time it took nearly 3 months to get my stuff, but Zahal did everything they could--fast to ship and fast to respond to questions.

I love the creative and innovative products Zahal brings to the marketplace and have been a customer for years. Even if the shipping is a little slower as it is coming all the way from Israel it is worth it. And the Customer Service reps I have communicated with keep it real and have a sense of humor as well.
