Zahal Online Store レビュー

Milton in customer service was super helpful sorting out a shipment issue (not the company's fault). I ordered the "Kidon" and was really impressed upon receiving it on the build quality and everything about it feels solid and reliable. I can't wait to take this to the range.

Even I waited one month and half, I've granted Zahal with five stars, because the delayed was the Israel Postal Service fault, not Zahal's! Zahal shipped the item very fast, next day if I remember well. Even so, Zahal sent me an e-mail asking for this review and if I didn't receive my order to replay to that e-mail. I did it, and somehow my order started moving. Maybe Zahal was involved in this "refresh". Anyway, I'm very pleased with Zahal, it's not my first experience with them and I never faced any bad experience. Even now, it was not their fault, we have to understand their military/security situation, maybe even lack of personell on all companies. So, five stars from me!

Very happy with my purchase. Great customer support!

Just received the MCK conversion kit and it didn’t disappoint can’t wait to hit the range! I’d definitely recommend, nice quality easy and quick to install little pricey but it’s worth it. Also great customer service and a good company to deal with!

Great experience, Milton was very helpful and assisted with tracking my order.

Customer service/communication is phenomenal. I will definitely be doing business with Zahal again!

Such good communication absolutely tended to all of my needs with tracking information and packaging was amazing. Got exactly what I ordered and it looks superb. I cannot wait to assemble. It. Couldn’t be happier. Excellent company you can definitely trust them.

Excellent gear, excellent selection, excellent service. If you are looking for no nonsense upgrades for an AR rifle, Zahal is the place to shop.

Great products and great service! The Zahal team get's it done. I ordered all the way from Vancouver Canada and had no problems.

Great product..2nd time buying from them..quick shipping. Item exactly as expected. Solid price point to. Def recommend

I have followed Zahal online store since 2020 when I returned to the USA after living in SE Asia for 10 years. I was impressed by the products carried by the store, and found that my firearms collection could be upgraded by those products. Most of my arms are AR platform, and I was impressed that a lot of your items are used by Israeli military and I.D.F. Being retired military, I know what an item has to do to be accepted by a military force. Your selection and price point are excellent, shipping is great, and customer service top notch. Having recently acquired a H&K P30 SW, the two holsters I have purchased are "just what the doctor ordered". One for the laser and one without, and shipping was spot on. Thank-you

Great experience awesome equipment is amazed at the quality and the easy use of my new scout. I’m just blown away. Just wanted to thank y’all. I said just thinking about how innovating, also especially the time that they spent to take to call and talk to me and explain theproduct, you just don’t find that Most companies, but you can find it here it just unbelievable great people thank you so much!

The product offerings are second to none! Top quality! Great pricing! Speedy shipping! Superb customer service! What's not to like!

Shop here once, and you'll be a customer for life!

Great store, exelent products, and great service.

Honestly it was a little sketchy feeling in the beginning just because I never had a tracking number by the time I got a tracking number from them the item had shown up and I ate my words and the item was above and beyond quality of what I thought it might be arrived early customer service is all so helpful as well as understanding they didn't get mad at me for being a little weirded out by the absence of a tracking number I honestly plan on buying some more products from Zahal I recommended it as well to a lot of my friends for some of their needs all in all the only two things that bothered me was the tracking number being absent until the same day that it showed up and the fact that it's a weird time difference whenever you would go to contact them and they had some odd days off but that's just personal preference so definitely a 4.9 out of 5.0 Stars cuz it was such a small thing that was like an issue in my mind cuz when you're ordering gun stuff you want to know where it's at in the mail especially for the prices that sometimes you spend that's my only issue

Good website, quality goods, well packaged!
