I pre-ordered my item a month ago and was curious about when payment was due, so I contacted CS. Only to find that the pre-ordering process has completely changed. I find that the fact no one reached out to inform me of these changes could have led to me missing out on the item I ordered. For Anyone Wanting Blurays Sourced From UK and Europe
I have been shopping with ZAVVI now for a number of years to purchase 4k and standard blurays, as they sell a lot of things that cannot be sourced from Australia, are out of print, or simply when it comes to Disney titles, not available at all. My experiences with ZAVVI have always been positive and the items arrive in perfect order as you would expect. On the extremely rare occasion if something has not arrived or is damaged in transit or is defective from the manufacturer, I have always had positive outcomes. I have never been dissatisfied.
