Avoid! Very poor service correspondence is even worse!

I recently bought a t shirt from zee Co I have bought many items from them pleased with my purchase as always great value for a quality product. Delivered on the day and time stated 5 star's

DO NOT BOTHER.

No Customer Service at all.
Been a Loyal customer for years.
Ran into an issue and the way they have dealt with it, is appalling.
Beyond gutted that ive spent thousands and thousands with this company.

Great experience, great clothes and great service this is one of the best deigned shops around there’s something in there for everyone

Brilliant selection and always competitively priced. Delivery quick too.

My experience with Natasha customer service was excellent there was a computer error however she managed to fix it straight awy my top I bought my husband was lovely I will definitely shop there again

I’ve seen a few dodgy reviews recently but I ordered a hoodie on 24th Jan & it arrived on 26th. No complaints whatsoever, very well packaged & fantastic item! Very happy customer - Thanks a lot will definitely use again no problem hence 5/5 review.

Avoid!
Aftercare service is shocking, like others said they dont want anything to do with you if order/product is wrong or faulty.
Received a faulty product and they are not interested and now ignoring my emails etc. £200 wasted.

First time ordering from Zee after being let down by another on line company. My order arrived the next day perfectly packaged and presented, great service.

Do not understand the consumer rights act entitling you to a refund for delivery costs on returned items.

Regardless of whether this is in your terms and conditions, and may I point out, if it is ,you are breaking the law. It is also a basic consumer right which means by law you need to honour it!

Worth mentioning to anyone who has had the same experience to point out that Zee and Co are in breech of the consumer rights act and you will more than likely receive your full refund as I just have. However, this certainly has made me certain I will never order from them again!

Ordered from here, was kept informed the whole time, prompt delivery with no issues with the courier, email was sent and you can state your delivery options if you aren’t going to be in. Would 100% use this company again. Item was packaged well, nice receipt in folder. Quality of product also very good.

First time ordering with Zee and Co and couldn’t be any more impressed. Cp company jumper arrived ahead of schedule, packaged well and perfect fit. No complaints here and will definitely be back soon.

While both my partner and I have been regular users of Zee&Co over the years due to the great products and service they provide, I have just been informed by my partner that she ordered me something for Christmas which was due to arrive on the 1st December but was supposedly delivered while we were both at work. When she arrived home the parcel wasn't at visible even though she'd received an email confirming delivering. While I appreciate that some customers may take the opportunity to say it wasn't there we were both at work and the parcel was not at the front of the house or left with our neighbours. Since then my partner has confirmed she's had 12 calls with Zee&Co where she's had to have DPD out to investigate (who confirmed it had been delivered) and is now expected to sign a disclaimer in the next 48 hours which must be physically signed which she's unable to so they are now saying they will close the case. My partner has now just lost £90 plus all the stress involved and the customer services is a joke and been told that they don't care about about negative reviews which I think tells you all you need to know.
