Bad experience with this company. Received an item that was not as displayed. Attempted a return for refund and forced to receive them back, even though pictures on the site are misleading, which is the company's responsibility. Spoke to Beth, the company manger (who refused also to provide her full name and hung up the call), and apart from hollow apologies was unwilling to offer anything but terms and conditions on the sale of underwear. (this is not about underwear policy, it is about taking responsibibility for misleading a customer and an insult to my intelligence as a genuinely sincere consumer). Highly unprofessional. I am quite shocked by such arrogance and patronising complacency.

When ordering from here be aware that you may be out of pocket! DPD marked my order as delivered! With no picture and no signature, GPS only. But I live in a block of 22 floors so it could have been anywhere. Zee & Co don’t care!! Keep making up excuses, ‘due to COVID’ I would have not personally signed for it- even though I have with all my other recent deliveries with DPD & they also take a picture of the delivery with my door open! Then they told me that it is not unusual for DPD to leave the delivery at a mail location in my block - there is no mail location!! I have the DPD app and have stated not to leave in a safe place. I have a contract with Zee & Co I made the order to be delivered to me!!!

I shared my experience on Instagram & have now been blocked by them. Very professional and honest!!!

I spent roughly £300 on a Joseph jumper which has arrived sopping wet - as though it has been through the washing cycle and taken out before the spin. There is water dripping everywhere.
This was delivered a day late after I called dpd and was told the item was undeliverable and was being taken back to Zee&Co.
All I've been told by Zee&Co is that your item was delivered!
Shocking.
Do not buy from this company.

I bought an emporio armani sweatshirt. After one time, the sweatshirt is suitable for the trash. I am sure this is not the original sweatshirt. The quality is terrible. I do not recommend

Ordered a jacket which was expensive, came with stains and marks all over it, shocking customer service, don’t shop with these guys spend your hard earned money were it’s appreciated and were the customer service is genuine and to a good level, the replies on here are all for show they never apologise or show any remorse, they just fob you off

The time it took for the item to arrive was very quick, it was well packed & presented which made the shopping experience much more pleasing.

I have make a purchase of Jacket : Your Order #1001166168. Susequently, I have returned for refund. I received the following e-reply e-mail : hello, I have today received your returned item - MOE70014 XL, for a refund. Unfortunately, the garment was missing the original brand tags, I have replied : The tag was in the plastic bag that posted to you and not in the black bag. and you reply : The tags were not inside the plastic bag, we do require these before any refund can be issued. I replied again today 22/9/22 : Hi Team,

It is against my word and your word.

Since you cannot refund, I am force to buy the item, then.

No problem, Just send back the item to me.

Just for a Tag you make it so difficult. My office mate was there seeing me put the tag in. Why your company make a fuss over a TAG.

Will not recommend or buy from you again. Just post back my item. First time and bad experience.

Ordered the wrong size trainers and only realised the next day, emailed the contact email address to see if I could get a refund with not much hope of a reply but was pleasantly surprised with the great customer service…. I got a response straight away and a full refund shortly after. Not often you get that good customer service from an online company.

Do Not shop here. You pay a delivery cost for an item and if you want to return the good, there is a free returns policy however they do not refund the delivery cost. I’m not happy and before you purchase, please make sure you read full T & C’s. I will not shop again from here.
