I made an error on my order and contacted Zeeandco to let them know. I had an email back incredibly quickly and Olivia was very helpful. She emailed again a few hours later to update me on my order progress. I haven’t yet received my order (as it’s not even 24 hours since I ordered) but felt I needed to comment on the outstanding customer service I have received! I also know that my order has been dispatched and will be arriving tomorrow.

I needed to change the delivery address so emailed the site. I got an immediate reply and Ellie and Olivia sorted the change of address for me straight away.
My order is being delivered tomorrow.

Have used zeeandco for a while have some lovely bargains. Whenever have any problems its easily sorted. Thanks to Olivia for helping me sort an issue i had out :-) definatly recommend this company.

The service at Zee and Co is always excellent, and this is what sets them apart from others including Flannels. Shipping is always fast, and the sales are often very good and quite regular too - and they often have medium items in the sale, unlike many other companies that seem to only have XXS or XXL in the sale! Highly recommended.

I bought a pair of sliders and payed using my pay pal account ! But I didn’t realise that my old address was saved on it ! I called the company and the lovely Grace helped me, she got the parcel returned and sent to the correct address in a matter of days ! I honestly couldn’t thank her enough ! She was so helpful definitely gained a loyal Customer ! You can trust Zee&Co . They will go above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied !

Thank you to Olivia for helping me out today. I ordered a flat cap for my partner which was slightly too small. I couldn’t find the relevant label to return this item and so emailed and explained my problem. I got a quick response, with an attachment with a label to return this and for free. What a nice feeling to have an issue dealt with so quickly and smoothly, that doesn’t seem to happen much nowadays. Also the item I did order came very quick and packaged lovely. Highly recommend.

id give this shop 5 stars purely on the quality of the items at sale price but the processing time and delivery were top notch!!

I don't often leave reviews, but I have been so happy with my experience with Zee and Co I wanted to share it as I often read reviews before making purchases online. I had a question regarding sizing and they replied almost immediately. I went ahead with the purchase on Saturday and selected the standard shipping method. I received a text from DPD saying it will be delivered on the next day (Sunday), which was a great surprise, especially considering such a busy time of year. The item arrived, it was packaged beautifully and I'm delighted with the product. Thank you Zee and Co and especially Zoe. I will be purchasing from you again soon :-)

DPD rubbish but the customer service I received was first class, particularly Olivia who dealt with the issues swiftly and got the parcel finally delivered. Thank you

They deserve 0 star rating this awfull company, I returned a item back using their returns label Royal Mail tracking showed it was delivered to them yet they claimed they have not received! I actually believed them until the un educated lady from customer services send me a message trying to threaten me with fraud squad team lol after I opened a PayPal dispute after reading the reviews, Clair emailed me to say “Royal Mail have said the returns gps isnt same as their address and the post office isn’t a registered post office I used” lmao how laughable, lucky for me I used PayPal to pay abs I also had photos of the returns receipt and a photo of the parcel with returns sticker on showing the tracking number all this evidence was enough for
PayPal to refund me my money, please DO NOT BUY FROM THEM they need to be exposed because Iv read many review of other customers having this problem where they return a item using there tracking number and they are told it’s not come back, I spoke to Royal Mail head office who even confirmed that Zee&co did not come enquire about the parcel I returned and they confirmed my tracking was genuine, wow I’m Amazed they think they can scam people, karma will get them ima true believer that if you scam somebody karma will get you!

my boyfriend purchased a pair of shoes from in store I called him as soon as he had made the purchase (he hadn't even left the store yet) to tell him I had got him the shoes already for Christmas. He asked to return the shoes but was refused a refund. No where on the website does it state refunds won't be given in store. He was also not made aware at point of purchase that he would not be able to return. He was only offered an exchange. I would just like to reiterate he had not even left the store with the shoes and was still denied a refund. Absolutely appalling customer service will never be shopping here again and definitely would not recommend it. I have Never heard of purchasing something and not being able to return it obviously unless it was because of hygiene reasons but these shoes had not even been worn.
