I really liked the design choices I was given and the opportunity to be able to take my time to choose my logo. Also the response time is always within that except after business hours. Working with Mike so far has been a pleasure.

With so many logo design websites out there, I’m so glad I found ZillionDesigns. Their customer support has been outstanding!

I hired ZillionDesigns for their “Essential Starter Package” in August 2025. The service was advertised at $89.99, but I was charged $90. The package was supposed to include setup, optimization, posting, and reporting.

From the beginning, I declined ads in writing, which their own representative confirmed were optional. Despite this, the company later tried to force me into ads, which were never part of the agreement. The only thing I ever received was a draft content calendar — no setup, no optimization, no posting, no reporting.

After requesting a refund on August 8, 2025, they refused. Later, their representative emailed me offering a refund only if I removed my Trustpilot review and dropped my BBB complaint. I reluctantly removed my review in good faith. They then issued a temporary credit, only to reverse it later. Now they are pressuring me to remove my Google review as well.

I have all the screenshots and emails proving this coercive behavior. No business owner should ever be treated this way. This company has shown a complete lack of accountability, poor customer service, and manipulative refund tactics.

⚠️ Caution to other business owners: Be very careful before engaging with this company.

The experience was incredible! An affordable way to have professionals design your logo. You play a large part in every aspect of the design. My logo came out much better than expected.

We've been a client for two months. Targeted social media marketing is not in our area of expertise so we knew we needed someone who was. Our marketing consisted of targeted direct mail and referrals. In order to scale, we HAD to expand our footprint. The FB ad for Zillion was compelling as was the funnel to bring us in. THAT was the process we wanted; needed. We were partnered with Nolan who exhibited great expertise, professionalism and patience with us. The ad campaign began slowly but blossomed quickly as engagement increased and leads arrived. So far, we have new business which paid for our campaign and it looks as if it's getting greater by the day. Highly recommend.

Alan made this so easy. He was extremely helpful, kind and most of all patient with me. He guided me thru the process every strep. It’s my fourth logo with Zillion. All the previous experiences were very good but this one exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended

John Patterson was outstanding and his guidance to help set up my account for a person who has no knowledge of the concepts of using social media to set up our advertising presence for our Custom Orthotic Business. John lead me through the process, holding my hand through all phases and took the time to answer all my questions. John and his Design Team did a great job on writing my advertising layout from the information I had provided with only one minor change.
All the information provided by John and his team was clear and concise.

I am a medical doctor with a very busy practice who needed some help with my social media. I have had an excellent experience working with Zillion and their marketing services. They have helped me with both social media and paid ads management. 1. Although not so frequent Contacts as I would have desired at the onset, John was able to correct this with only one phone call.
2. His first official website contribution with me as a new author of sisterly love God’s messages of love to his daughters, was impeccable After a deliberation with me.
3. He was friendly, apologetic when needed, professional, and heartfelt.
4. John always presented with accuracy and humility that one does not find with young men these days or young women.
5. Zillion designs presented their fees upfront, and they kept their word. Noteworthy mentioning, the team appears to work harmoniously and deliberately.

My hopes are that this relationship will be a lifetime experience for me.

I started working with John Patterson of Zillion Designs on a Monday & by Tuesday I received 8 awesome posts ready for publication pending my approval. I had a couple of changes to make & within 15 minutes my changes were done! It's still early in the relationship but we're off to a great start. I highly recommend John & the whole Zillion team!

Spoke through messenger with this company very unprofessional talked down on freelance logo. Artists and demanded payment upfront argued with me for a long time. Definitely going a different route.
