I informed them I could order it 5% cheaper from another website but I ordered from them only because their site wrote it is in stock, they didn’t react anything on it. After I asked the delivery time on the day of the order they told me this model is out of stock. I wrote that they can send any of the 2 same bodies with different heads and wigs because their website wrote them in stock. They told they must order these dolls from the factory. I ordered at 02.01., today is 30.03., and the doll is currently in the customs checking. I guess there will be minimum 2 weeks until it arrives. They never apologise. When I asked after they sent me the tracking link: What does it mean ? Will I get my order after 3-4 months instead of the 3-7 days which was written on your website when I ordered ? – They never replied anything for it. I had to wait for the production, the ship started and arrived with delay. I’m wondering how many people are fooled by the false stock information. They should have offered something for the delay, e.g. express delivery, small partial refund. Only reason I don't give 1 star is I hope I'll get the item I ordered. - Doll arrived today at 02.04. It is what I ordered including every gifts. The compensation for the delay is on the way, after the company saw my complaint.

I had made an error on one of my orders and they where very understanding and fixed it after returning from holiday. Very nice customer care and service!

Doll ordered over a month ago, 2 emails sent a week and 2 weeks ago. No response. No communication. They responded to this review, and yet many days later they still don't respond to an email. This is insane.

Positive experience with excellent staff....unfortunately, there were some defects at the beginning, and the doll arrived without a hole in its mouth, but we're working on fixing it. Good value for money. Anyway, a recommended site.

Placed my order at the end of December, paid for upgraded shipping, got responses from the ZLoveDoll customer neglect team only after threatening to cancel my order. I was given excuses and "explanations" but the straw that broke the 'middle-aged man's back' was when they claimed to have shipped the order out, yet 5 days later they gave me a tracking link that linked to a blank screen, then they provided a FedEx shipping tracking number that informed me that 'a shipping label had been created'. Oh, boy! 5 days for a shipping label! And I waited like a schmuck for three weeks for a doll that was never shipped to me. The odd thing is I used them in the past for an in-stock doll and had a good experience. But this was one of those 'ZLoveDoll couldn't find their ass with both hands' order.

My experience with customer service has been outstanding as they have been VERY patient with me and my request. The payment process is simple and the prices are some of the best I’ve seen among doll sellers with lots of gifts included.

I must say, the customer service is absolutely PATIENT, caring, quick to respond to emails (within their stated business hours), is courteous, HELPFUL, and more. Because of the customer service, I would honestly be willing to order items from the company, simply because this company REALLY is beyond caring! Every person has their own outlook on life experiences, and my personal outlook on my dealings with this company is second to none! I really wish more companies had the kind of customer service that this company has!

I’m unashamed to say that I am the kind of person who gets cold feet, or even buyer’s remorse perhaps a bit more than most people normally would. But with the EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL customer service representatives this company has, I followed through with my purchase. Again, I cannot laud the amazing customer service enough.

I do think it’s pretty cool that someone can customize a doll to their own liking in numerous ways, which is not something you can find on Amazon for example. I gotta give it to this company, they’re quite pleasant to work with!!!

I bought a FireDoll that matched the description on the website.
The contact and processing were good until the doll arrived. However, within the first week, the hands completely disintegrated.
I have not received a reply from the ZLovedoll store since I contacted them.
After a month, the back spine broke completely, rendering the doll impossible to use. I have sent complaints to both the store and the manufacturer. To this day, I have received no response or update on the case.

This is very disappointing, especially since everything seemed so positive from the outset. However, it's not worth it when there's absolutely no support at all.

I cannot recommend this store or brand to anyone looking for quality, long-lasting products with good customer service.

I purchased the "Role-playing Cartoon Sex Doll Jocelyn 165cm" full silicone doll through zlovedoll/elsababe with just about all the custom options.

First of all the customer service is amazing, and overall I am very happy with this doll. Be patient for custom doll orders, it takes awhile. My product had a few production errors, which made it take longer, but customer service was there to make sure I got the exact product I ordered.

The face and head look fantastic. The hair looks great, ears/eyes/nose/mouth look great. Skin and inside of the mouth, tongue and teeth are soft. They did a great job getting all of my custom options. There is just a tiny bit of lipstick that got stained on the teeth, but it isn't much. Overall I am very very happy with the head and the attention to detail.

The body on this is amazing, near perfection. I kept the same skin tone as the pictured doll. Please note that the color in the pictures is slightly different than in person. For some reason taking a picture digitally distorts the color slightly, I noticed this whenever I took pictures. Though the color still looks realistic overall.

The breasts, PERFECT. They feel and look very realistic. For me, medium was the perfect size.

The hands were another standout feature. The hands were really important to me and they nailed the articulated fingers. I can do exactly what I want to do with the hands and fingers. I only wish there was an option for short finger nails, I feel like the long nails will break at some point.

The butt is nice. I'm not much of a butt person, but it's soft and firm in all the right ways!

The feet look good, but not anything special. They can only turn left and right, and the 4 toes are webbed and not articulated. I'm not a foot person, so I'm perfectly happy with the feet the way they are. But if you're a foot person, there other feet options out there with more features.

The vagina looks surprisingly realistic. I sometimes find myself just weirdly staring at it, it looks that good. I have not tried using the inside.

The blood vessel option is nice, it makes the doll look much more realistic and detailed.

The extra soft skin is a must, as it makes the skin less sticky than traditional silicone.

The shrug option took me awhile to figure out. It works when you move the arms the right way, but don’t force anything.

I recommend getting the weight reduction. My doll weighs around 72 pounds after the weight reduction. It's still heavy, but the weight reduction feature helps.

My biggest disappointment was the pubic hair. It looks fantastic, but unfortunately the pubic hair falls out very easily. The hair falls out just by changing clothes or cleaning the doll with water. I've tried to be as careful as I can, but it's only a matter of time before it all falls out.

Despite the few flaws, I am very happy with this doll! I would definitely recommend getting this doll. It's a great doll, and customer service will be there with you to make sure you get what you want.
