Not a trusted provider. First they moved hosting service to hosting raja later came up with rule for business email that minimum 10 user required to continue with znet.

I paid for a Plesk license. The service hasn't been activated for 2 days. They also aren't responding to support tickets.

Support is non existent. Do not rely on them for any service. It’s difficult to understand how a business can operate this way. I've purchased Microsoft 365 and the dashboard is not accessible due to KYC. The support team never bothered to reply or resolve an issue.

I purchased Office 365 licenses from them—initially 5, followed by an additional 3. Despite making all payments on time, the licenses were not provisioned promptly, which caused significant business disruption. The support experience was very poor and disappointing.

Doesn't provide support services. Ticket will be raised but no one handles the resolution.

Worst service . No response from support team on even priority issues.

I'm also in the same situation of Michelangelo, I purchased a plesk license, same request to verify the account with my driver license. I think they could apply a different policy for customers such as me, becuase it's really hard to understend the reason why they requested KYC verification upon a plesk order. I'm also opening a paypal dispute.

After purchasing, with difficulty, a Plesk license for a year they asked me to send my driving license and passport for an account "verification".

Totally unacceptable.
I have requested support for activation or refund. I will update this review later.

UPDATE: After opening the dispute via PayPal, ZNetLive proceeded to send me the Plesk activation code in a very short time without requiring identity verification.

It is great and timely fast service and solution

I am taking the services from this company from more than 10 years from this year support is very poor. so i suggested for new client do not think about it.

Top 10 worst company. Scam company!

I purchase a Plesk license 1 year, and after payment,
they ask me to send passport and driver license, i thought this is too abuse, but i sent it.
the system said that the image is not ok, so i am unable to access the product, the time is runing,
support ticket untill now no response. i opened 3 days ago.
suport on chat told me to send an email,
no solution, no refund, no product available.

Support system is very good, special thank to Siddharth gupta who solved my long pending work

I am totally surprised by the negative comments in the review page. My experience has been the exact opposite! LOL. Znetlive support and billing team were great in response and speed of response. They hand held me on every step while I tried uploading my website on my own. I wonder if the competition is sending fake negative reviews on Znetlive!

Not ICANN-accredited to register domain names. It's a FAKE company looking to SCAM innocent people.

They want your bank details to REGISTER a domain name.

Znet is a scam company using their website to extract KYC details from potential customers. If you have used a password you use on other sites on Znet, you NEED to change it NOW.

This company took my money for domain name registration and FAILED to register the name or initiate a REFUND.

RUN.

TOTAL TRASH. This website its a total scam. I registered like 24 domains as an idiot because they didnt appear anywhere on the control panel. I contacted support and they told me that i have to wait till next day to get my domains. This is insane because any normal registar will give you your domains in seconds. Their support its also total trash
