Faulty Necklace - No Refund

I received a faulty necklace from this company; the clasp / chain broke the first time it was put on. We sent details and a photo and then returned the item in the post as per the company's request. It has been 3 months now and they are not responding to multiple attempts to contact them.

Thank you for your email.

We are very sorry - we have no record of receiving the returned chain.
And as a tracked service was not used by yourself – we have no way of checking its status or contacting Royal Mail about it as being a lost item.

We therefore are not really in a position where we can exchange the chain – since the chain has not been received back to us.

As a business – we cannot simply take an email as confirmation this has been sent back to us.
We need the goods back – or at the very least, a way to track so we can dispute with the courier if this does not safely return to us.

That said, on this occasion (and as goodwill) we will send out a replacement chain to the order address.

This will be shipped by Royal Mail (Tracked) tomorrow.

If we can be of further assistance please let us know.

Good company

Very good company to deal with, helped with sending links to various requests.
I ordered a crucifix which was totally what I expected, the chain that came with it was very thin and flimsy , this was for a man and was not of any use.

An excellent company to deal with

An excellent company to deal with. I had quite a few queries before I made my purchase and the customer service response was excellent. I bought a lovely white gold chain which I feel represented good value for money & is a beautiful piece of jewellery.

Beautiful locket

Ordered a locket in memory of my dad. It is a beautiful piece of jewellery, which included engraving. Had to wait as it was out of stock but this was communicated shortly after ordering so I knew when to expect it. Thank you. I would purchase from Zoe Kay again.

I would recommend anyone to shop at Zoe Kay the staff are amazing and so responsive. I bought my partner earring for Christmas unfortunately he had already bought a similar pair. Zoe’s response to the refund was swift and easy. I would defiantly use them again. Thank you!!!

So impressed wonderful items well worth


So impressed wonderful items well worth the money and will definately buy from here again. Very Fast delivery ordered on the 22nd and received the 24th of December so even around this busy period the items came super fast as they make sure it's the guaranteed time option. I ordered a size which was too small and the efficiency of the return was super impressive and very fast. Overall they have gained trust in myself and I would tell anyone to use them you won't be disappointed. Thankyou so much zoe kay ❀

Exceptional Customer Service

Zoe Kay have been absolutely fantastic throughout. They were informative and supportive whilst I was choosing my chain online. Unfortunately, the one that I selected wasn't exactly what I was looking for when I received it. Zoe Kay arranged an exchange and the turnaround on this was very quick and easy. When the second item arrived, it was the wrong length. Upon informing Zoe Kay they couldn't have been more helpful and apologetic. They sorted the problem quickly and professionally - they also refunded my postage for the item. The chain that I now have is perfect - great quality and a great price! Their communication and customer service throughout have been exceptional - I will certainly be recommending them to friends and shopping with them again. Well done Zoe Kay!
