L'histoire des boissons, pas le droit de passer le contrôle avec donc du gâchis, après le passage vous pouvez en racheter 🤔 autant que vous voulez, elle est où la logique? en plus on nous dit la prochaine fois vous vous renseigner mieux avant de voyager mais c'est super sympa quoi 😂 à éviter

The airport personnel are so rude and disrespectful, especially toward Asian. An adult working in service should know how to be polite, please?? Is it that difficult to talk to people politely?? I travel a lot and have never seen such bad manner. The airport itself is so smelly and hot, as if the AC is out of function. There are too less seats for each gate, so that 3/4 of people waiting for the flight have to stand, as if we were refugees waiting to escape from this country???? The toilets are also not clean. Can’t believe such a well developed country where everything is super expensive like Switzerland can have such airport whose quality is of developing country. Please learn from Vienna Airport!

NO SEATS!!! is this supposed to be a world class airport?! Few if any seats at gates and few elsewhere. Seems 1 seat for every 400 waiting passengers. Ridiculous. I'll avoid this silly airport in the future. Oh, but they have space for a smoking lounge and a whole store selling cartons of cigarettes. What the@#&*?!

Exceptional airport staff and effort to help transfer from a later arriving flight to Zurich to 3 flights in the US. We had only 20 min and they took us from the gate on a van and drove us to the other terminal and thru security and to the gates. We were so pleasantly surprised and made our flights. Very greatful and impressed. This Swiss guys are awesome!

It is hard to say what is worse the airport or the airline (Swiss) but together they are a disaster. For fairness and balance, I will write a second review for the carrier. my flight out of Zurich to Berlin was first delayed and then cancelled at 22:00 on thursday 27.06. We were all en masse sent away to find a non-existent hotels. There was one Airbnb that upped its price to chf5000 for the night, unsure whether the airline would pay this exorbitant rate I passed and ended up sleeping on the floor outside the check in area. There are no other facilities. Not only was it dirty, cold and hard, I also had to endure loud, country and western music blurting through the entire hall from Cafe Edelweiss all night. That cafe which must the worst in the world, seemingly considers it its right and duty to perpetrate sonic warfare all night long despite being closed. If I had any law experience I would love to start a noise pollution complaint. There were no facilities, sofas, seats, anything provided for stranded travellers. its a concrete desert with terrible and loud music, where you feel unsafe at night. There are few toilets most not very nice. Avoid this airport if you can.

Die Frau am check-in hat mit uns nicht gesprochen und war sehr unfreundlich. Dadurch das sie uns nichts erzählt hat wussten wir nicht dass wir bei dem Zwischenstopp unser Gepäck holen müssen. Bitte stellen sie freundliches Personal ein!!

Schlimmster Flughafen weltweit. Fundbüro größer als der komplette Flughafen. Gebäckaufgabe größter Horror. Wer es nicht erlebt hat kann es nicht glauben sogar die Mitarbeiter des Fundbüros machen sich drüber lustig und haben keine Argumente und Erklärungen. Jeder Dorfflughafen ist besser organisiert.

ZURICH Airport Saga continues..Stay away from this airport, as clearly is a mess..As noticed already by several here, there is a high chance you will queue for hours because their ticket access system is down...and they have to manually scan boarding passes..Hello!?! Did you hear about backup systems or BCP plans? Clearly not! There were only two people scanning..and the longest queue i saw in my life in an airport..why not have 4 or more people scanning?! Again mistery..One sec.. didn't finish my story..Epic narrow minded security..had 2 small bags with maybe 400 ml in different small containers in total..Only 1 bag is allowed?! A week before same airport..no problem..all good..by the way toothbrush is a liquid?! 😂 clearly security missed some school classes..you make me wait for more than an hour to scan boarding pass, after brilliant security makes even a worse experience...I think you should close the airport and go for training to Singapore or Middle East..you make your customers feel so miserable!!

Hundreds of people in the passport line….two booths open…..ludicrous. Like travelling to the US 15 years ago when they were at their worst.
It’s not like you can’t plan for the number of people coming through ffs!
Avoid this airport.

Nur zwei Schalter von 5 offen. Der für Skymitglieder nur ein Schalter offen. Die Damen haben es nicht im Griff. Weshalb geht alles soooo langsam??

11:10 sollte der Abflug sein.
Nach 1 1/2 h kam dann eine MA und 1/2 h später nochmals eine als sie endlich gemerkt haben, dass es knapp wird den Flug zu erwischen
Nun hat der Flug 1/2 h Verspätung
Weshalb kümmert man sich nicht gleich um mehr Personal??

During "security" check the dumb, stupid, unpleasant and rigid personnel will not let you pass your chocolates and totally inoffensive things that pass without any issue every security check everywhere else in the world!
No discussion, no logic, no judgement, no discernment... just dumb, unpleasant, stupid robots harassing you after you spent 25 minutes in line because you need to catch your next plane...
On top of it this airport is not user friendly, inefficient, deliriously expensive, and unpleasant: unending queues everywhere, you spend hours either walking around in circles, or queuing up...
AVOID!!!

Sehr unfreundliche, überhaupt nicht hilfsbereite Angestellte. Ich komme nachhause und werde derart unfreundlich abgefertigt, dass ich mich für mein Land schäme. Da habe ich auf meiner Reise eine ganz andere Gastfreundlichkeit erfahren dürfen.

Abflüge vom Terminal 2 Am 8 Juni musste ich um 09.30 Uhr im Terminal 2 Reihe 2 einen Flug KLM nach Amsterdam einchecken von 8 check-in Schalter waren 2 Besetzt Eine Warteschlange von über geschätzte 200 Fluggäste warteten je über eine Stunde um abgefertigt zu werden. Da kein weiterer Schalter geöffnet wurde. Diese Umstände sind nur noch traurig und dem Schweizer Flughafen nicht rühmlich

Sowohl beim Hinflug nach "Tunis-Karthago" als auch beim Rückflug von "Tunis-Karthago" kann ich den ultimativen Stress bei diesem Flughafen nur mehr als "Horror" bezeichnen ! Solch einen "Wirrwarr" bzw. "Konfusion" gibt es auf keinem weiteren Flughafen auf dieser Welt ! Zu guter Letzt ging mir bei diesem "Chaos-Flughafen" noch das große Gepäckstück verloren und ich wurde darauf hin vom "Gepäckservice" noch äußerst unfreundlich behandelt !! Mir kommt fast vor, dass der größte Teil des Personals dieses Flughafens "unter Drogen steht" ...

Avoid this airport at all costs. From passport control to transfer flight baggage check the staff are incompetent and rude. Organization is horrid.

Ich liebe den Flughafen Zürich und muss leider zugeben, dass es der Subunternehmer, der für das Gepäck zuständig ist, überhaupt nicht im Griff hat. Ich fliege viel und wann immer möglich, vermeide ich es, das Gepäck aufzugeben. Die Wartezeiten sind einfach unterirdisch. Und ja, auch bei mir ist der Koffer schon mal in normaler Zeit gekommen. Die Regel ist das aber nicht. Kein schönes Ende einer Reise 🧳 Wäre cool, wenn hier eine Verbesserung geben könnte.

Long cues at bag drop and security check. No seats until you reach your gate. People sit on floor or lean on bannisters and the airport looks untidy. Until you reach gate you can only sit in a coffee shops. Toilets are old and too tight for your hand luggage. Gate spaces dark and with low ceilings. Boring stores. This airport cares more for your consumption than your wellbeing. I doubt that this is the 8th airport in Europe! Quality is made of wellbeing not of marble floors!!!

Jetzt ist es 12 Uhr und ich warte immer noch auf meinen Ehemann.
Es häuft nichts , Schande über Flughafen und die Abfertigung.
Keine Organisation und 50% Schalter besetzt , wohl alles Beamte in Ferien

Longer wait in the passport queue than the flight . Shambolic organisation. Same leaving the country last time.

Security check before boarding flight to London was highly invasive and took a long time. I have issues with walking and was being transported in a wheel chair. I had a hip replacement in 2019 so always trigger the metal detector and expect to be checked but on this occasion I was subjected to a thorough pat down and forced to stand for approx. 10 mins at first without my walking stick. I had just arrived after a 12 hour flight and had not left any of the transit areas.

The agent was rude and the pat down in my opinion was too invasive. I have travelled many times through Zurich pre-covid never had this problem before. I was not offered the option of having the check done in a private area and I object to anyone pushing fingers down the back of my shorts.

Oddly my hand baggage was cleared quickly but despite my not having anything other than a handkerchief in my shorts pocket and explaining re the hip replacement this check was very uncomfortable.
