I ordered a bed in November. They keep pushing the date back each time I contact them. It's now almost the end of April, and I've yet to areceive my bed. I've asked for a refund and their response was we'll contact you on Monday. I am beyond pissed!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
Really Slow Service
It took almost 6 months to get my 3 bar stools. They kept telling me they were back-ordered, but the dates kept getting pushed out. 1 arrived damaged in a beat-up box, but they did replace it for me for free. Customer Service was very slow to answer, but friendly and professional otherwise. The stools themselves are quite nice.
2 months, still no chair
I ordered an office chair in December and for some reason the delivery was delayed. I reached out to customer service, and they could not figure out what was wrong. January 19 I finally decided to cancel the order. I then went to Amazon to try to order the chair. After three weeks I got a message saying "order canceled by seller." I called customer service and they had no answers. I can't tell you about the actual chair, because I never received it. It's now February 10, and I have no chair. Terrible customer service and very disorganized.
Defective $3,500 Desk, 6 Months of Failed Repairs, and Broken Promises
I purchased a Ford Adjustable Height Desk (Order #) in December 2024 for approximately $3,500. From the moment of delivery, the desk has exhibited a loud and disruptive mechanical noise during height adjustments.
For a piece of furniture at this price point, you expect premium quality and a functional motor. Instead, I have spent the last six months in a cycle of ineffective "fixes". Working with their support and escalations teams has resulted in:
Multiple technician visits that failed to solve the problem.
Replacement of major parts, including the desktop and the metal legs, yet the clunking/mechanical noise persists.
A fundamental motor or structural defect that Zuri seems unable or unwilling to actually repair.
The most frustrating part of this experience was the breach of trust. Zuri previously agreed that if these part replacements didn't work, they would consider a full desk replacement. Now that the repairs have failed, they have reneged on that promise, refusing a replacement or refund and offering only more of the same failed repair attempts.
I am now left with a malfunctioning, high-value desk that causes daily disruption. I have been forced to escalate this to my credit card company for a chargeback and file a formal complaint with the Virginia Attorney General.
Bottom line: If you are looking for high-end furniture, look elsewhere. Zuri does not stand behind their products, and their "warranty" is a six-month delay tactic designed to avoid taking responsibility for defective merchandise.
Ordered eight chairs
Ordered eight chairs. Four arrived in decent shape and forward out of spec by fabrication in QC or damaged, including multiple legs out from the box when they arrived. This was in June 2025. They offered to replace the damaged chairs. With ongoing delays and excuses. No chairs for holidays. Latest update is January 2026 delivery. Now returning the 4 original chairs and customer service said that 30 days return date has passed and they wonât be able to accept the return (will be submitting written evidence that Zuri directed us to keep the 4 while they were trying to fix the rest of the order). Would not buy from Zuri again.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I havenât received my furniture yet and I ordered it 3/4/25. Itâs now 9/30/25⊠they said my furniture would be here in June, then changed it to July and then said last week of August or first week of September. They never called, emailed, or attempted to contact me to let me know when I would be receiving the furniture. They keep sending me advertisements for their big sales and their promotions, almost every day!! However, not one email or phone call?? Iâve contacted them several times and I believe Iâve been more than patient. I would never recommend anyone to buy from them.

Absolutely the worst experience IâveâŠ
Absolutely the worst experience Iâve ever had with a furniture company.
We placed our order for the Mirage Sectional with Zuri Furniture back in early May. During the order process, we made it very clear that we could not accept delivery until late June, which was acknowledged and agreed to by their sales rep, Sierra Preston. After that, everything fell apart.
Even after placing the order, I had to constantly chase them down just to get the most basic updates. The order was supposed to be processed on June 6th, but when I hadnât heard anything, I reached out myself on June 10th to ask them to process the order. They finally responded and processed it on June 12th. After that, there was still no communication â no tracking information, no updates â so once again, I had to reach out on June 18th. When my email to Sierra went unanswered, I called the company on June 19th. Only then was I informed that the couch had failed the inspection required before shipment and that they had no idea when they would have the sectional in stock.
Meanwhile, their website continues to advertise the Mirage Sectional as being âin stock,â which is incredibly misleading given that Iâve been told they have no estimate whatsoever for availability. My multiple requests to speak with a supervisor have been completely ignored. Every time I reach out, I get vague, conflicting information, and Iâve had to initiate every single communication just to get the bare minimum of updates.
What started as an exciting purchase has turned into a nightmare. Zuri Furniture has shown a complete lack of transparency, accountability, and customer service. I expected so much better for a company that sells high-end furniture at premium prices. I will never do business with Zuri again, and I strongly caution anyone considering them to think twice before trusting this company with your time, money, and home.

Zuri Furniture might not be an honest supplier. They advertise furniture (Knox) on their website that they can't deliver. I have wasted my time to measure and incorporate their modular sofa into my room design and when I was ready to order and contacted them by email, I received feedback that this item is temporary discontinued and they don't know if or when it will come back. I asked why they advertise it then as if it IS on stock. Then they made it sound as if they will take that item off their website. Months later, they still advertise it on their website. Who wants to have business with them if they need to lie about something like this?
Stylish bar chairs
I bought my first 6 chairs two years ago. I liked them a lot, very stylish, comfortable, looks great. It's very easy to put it together. So, I decided to update one of them after. The only thing I don't like the seats are getting deformed by the time.

Dishonest reviews
Their chair start to show premature wear after 4 years, based on that i wrote a review on their web page, review wasn't posted/approved (there goes honesty of their reviews) and i received a email reply telling me its not their product - its their product and i bought it directly from them and i have receipt (which i sent as proof to them). Zuri not standing behind their product is one thing but outright lie and disallowing honest reviews is just dishonest business practice. Go to facebook Zuri Furniture page and go to reviews, posted under my name with pictures including receipt.

UPDATE: I gave them a 4 star because they completed the purchase for me. Pitiful When management doesn't even know their processes enough to make sure a $3000 purchase has a process to go smoothly. The salesman did his job extremely well. The delivery people were great, but they didn't have a process with the company!! They never should have shipped the desk with parts missing! Also, the delivery people should be fully connected to the company. So they are responsible in not telling the customer that the company's going to deal with it. The delivery people were detached as soon as I signed the document and they had nothing else to do with it. They took the pictures of the damage, but they couldn't provide that to the company? This may seem pretty small of a situation, but it shows the greater damage the management is doing to this company. I think they have really high quality products, but if they can't even ship them undamaged and complete.... how big was management's bonus in twenty twenty four?
Wow. They already are only 2.7. why did I buy a desk here for $3,000? What a mistake. It's an incredibly nice desk but the lock is broken so I can't use it. May as well not have a drawer that locks. But for 3,000 plus dollars I would expect a working lock. After months the company has shipped me an incorrect lock that would need to be assembled and drilled into the desk. In other words, they can't even send me the correct lock that goes with the $3,000 desk I bought. So instead of punishing them anymore for such a silly situation, I'm just saying I would never buy any furniture from this company again and I would never recommend them to anyone. If you paid half price this would still be the most upsetting situation I've had in many years. This is about the 5th desk I've bought and none of them upset me the way this does. $3,000 they had to come back twice, and the lock is still broken 3 months after I bought the thing. What a shame. It doesn't take much to break a three-star company but this company managed well to do so. 2.7. ð€Š
