Cheap for football top love it but the post really slow or 5 weeks

Zzenonn my kit nether came dont shop here you just wasting your money don’t buy anything from here😭

Avoid at all costs !!!! Ordered for a treat for my Grandson as I wasn’t going to see him for a while due to my cancer treatment. After 4 weeks I hadn’t received my order so I chased it. Customer service is a joke I sent numerous emails and each one gave a promised delivery date which didn’t happen. 10 weeks after my initial order I was told that for my inconvenience I would receive compensation. Strip eventually arrived and I was offered £3 compensation. Use this company at your peril.

This is the worst company ever bought a Brasil green football kit never arrived, they don’t speak to you, no phone number, they don’t respect you as a customer !
I had to call my credit card company to make a complaint!
Please don’t buy anything from them, unless you want to be stress and nervous 😩

The quality of all my items are outstanding, I was totally taken back as I was reading mixed reviews on this. I had to wait 7 weeks for my items and constantly had to keep on top of emailing them which wasn’t great but cause the standard of the items I have to give them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ As was worth the wait. Would definitely order again but realise it will be a long wait for the quality.

Paid for and ordered a couple of kits in August. It is now November. No sign of kits, no refund, terrible customer services. A very disappointed little boy who never received his birthday presents. Would never use this company and advise against using them.

Do not under any circumstances buy from this company I have waited and waited for my football top and have repeatedly asked for a refund just being stonewalled all the time plz do yourself a favour stay away or your be ripped off

Took a while for the shirt to arrive but great communication from the seller and the quality of the shirt is fab. Ordered another one for my son as soon as mine arrived

Do not use!!! purchased over 2 months ago and still not received. They email saying on its way and it never arrives and they also have refused a refund

Update: received the items today and for quality I can say happily that both the shorts and top are of a feel and style which actually surpasses what I'd hoped for and have altered my review accordingly to 3 stars. Would be more based on the quality of the items however having ordered in second week of Sept and receiving them 4/11 is quite beyond the stated 2 to 3 weeks. The communication is open with staff however as other comments have made clear, you may end up going back and forth pulling hair out and trying to get tour money back. I'd done this and am now at odds as to why this was necessary and in my humble opinion the admin needs to step up and offer clarity around where the items are sourced and that on occasion can be much later. I can't say the items will last as haven't been washed yet but they look great I do admit. Come on zzenon improve the admin and make life easier for customers and yourselves. Going back and forward with is the item coming, can I get my money back, what's going on doesn't do the product justice.

Waiting for my order been told serval times it be here next week and nothing sent several emails and get told the same thing will need to go to my bank to get a refund at this stage awful never use again

I read all the bad reviews and was worried. But our kit turned up and is brilliant quality. We've got the Ajax Away kit. It took about 8 weeks to get here but didn't mind that as we are trying to move away from the 'I want everything yesterday' mentality. Definately worth the wait and will buy again. Thanks very much our son loves it. 😁👍

Very poor , been 3 months and still no top luckily my bank has refunded me as the contact with the seller wasn't the best

Ordered a shirt and shorts and still after countless times of being told its on the way, nothing! Ordered in July. Absolutely terrible!!

My order was slightly late due to delays but overall I'm happy with it

Good value but takes over 2 months to deliver

It took over 8 weeks to arrive and sending countless emails but it arrived today and the quality is fautless so yes it took a while but its worth it in the end

After several exchanges emails with this seller, who by the way keeps calling me "mate"- no am not your mate sorry!
After claiming for certain that my order will be arriving "this week for certain' (that's was 2 weeks ago), after he asked for my bank details, I have to chase him again and again for refund....and instead of pointing me to the right direction at the very beginning he had waited 2 weeks to tell me that he can't use my bank details and I have to claim refund via PayPal!!
ONCE AGAIN AVOID THIS SELLER AT ALL COST! I Know maybe the price is attractive but sorry rather pay the full fee than dealing with scammers!!!

So after being said that I will get my item for certain this week...well I still don't get anything from them and the sellers refuse to refunding my money back!!

The sellers have contacted me saying
"Hello
We can issue you full refund and any shirt from our website for free , but can you remove the review on trustpilot please"

Which I simply ask my money back not their free shirt.
Then "hello, give me your account number and sort code and name on the account i will transfer rite now"

Having sent my bank details they came back with this
"hello mate we have just got update your top will arrive with you by next week for certain"

Now I really need to be carefull what's is next and maybe keep an eye on my bank account as they have now my details wonder what to expect!!!

Absolute joke!
Have ordered a shirt 8weeks ago and am still emailing customer service
Who keeps saying from: it has not been dispatched...to delay on processing...to it has been dispatched...to you will get your goods this week (when I asked for a refund!!!)
I honestly believe now this guys are scams!
I have been patience knowing that this may take 20days as they say it their website but 8weeks!!!!
If you guys can avoid this dealers do not waste your money and your time with these people they are abolute scams!!!
Please don't be fooled by this company and avoid at all cost!

I ordered a shirt, and waited over 2 months and still haven't received it. Was refused refund due to shirt having name printed on shirt. I suggest shopping elsewhere, total waste of time and money. Avoid
