It was good quality however delivery took long supposed to get it in 2 weeks came in after a month however it is good quality worth the wait.

Great service and my son loved his straps. I would recommend Zzenonn

Good product but it took such a long time to arrive.

Put the order in. Got the confirmation. Waited ages. But in total fairness if you read their website they do tell you that. And I was expecting it. It did come. It was well packed and of fairly good quality. Certainly useable. Overall I’m happy with the service. Took a star off for a mixture of delivery time, and quality. But it’s not a criticism.

Order took ages, was for a birthday - had to rebuy elsewhere - don’t waste your time.

Great product, really long delivery!

Ordered a Nottingham Forest top which took around 8 weeks to arrive. After 3 weeks I emailed them and was told it had been sent and I would receive it very soon. Several emails later I got similar responses. I resigned myself to the fact that I had probably been scammed and then it turned up.
I have to say, despite the wait, the top is very good quality and half the normal price.
If they were just honest about how long delivery would be then that would be fine. I would probably still order from them given the price and the quality despite the wait.

Just received an email advising strip will be delivered after Christmas,.

Totally disappointed, wished they had been honest weeks ago!

How do you explain that to a child.

Terrible service. I ordered the goods early November for Christmas delivery. Had to chase and received 2 promises that the goods would be delivered in time. But now they state the order will be delivered after Christmas. I asked to cancel the order but now doubt I will get a refund. I suggest you pay the extra and buy a genuine kit.

Absolutely awful. Ordered on 25th November and no ideas where my order is over 4 weeks later. Contradictory email update and slow and unhelpful response to email query.

When I bought my items it said it would take 2 to 3 weeks delivery. It took 2 months!!!! When I finally got them the postage label said it was only shipped 2 days prior, even though I send them an email asking when they will arrive about a month after ordering it and was told with in the week.
Costumer service is appalling.

Bad communication and had to wait nearly 9 weeks for the order to arrive.

My brother bought a PSG match shirt from zzenonn.co.uk but the condition of the shirt was very bad. My brother lost his money there.!!!!

I would have given 5 stars but delivery was slow and despite the description said kit there was no shorts included.

Product came in 6-7 weeks. Probably not authentic (as expected by the price) but looks good enough👍

My grandson loves this set with his name on. The price is very reasonable.
