NEVER buy from this website i ordered a shirt 2 months ago and it only just arrived for me to find out it’s a fake absolutely terrible

Such a shame had to open a dispute with PayPal only when I did this did the seller dispatch the shirt so waited 2 months to recieve paid for patches came without the shirt was lovely and the seller would have got a lot of custom from me as have 2 football fans in the house both support different teams so would have bought shirt every season for both but the seller has been so dishonest wouldn’t give the time of day to them rather pay more at JD sports

Ordered 1st July, still not arrived. Website says it should be delivered within 2 to 3 weeks. After 4 weeks I put a complaint in to PayPal. Same day, received dispatch email. Still no item. Luckily getting a refund.

Still haven't received these iteam and they were ordered over a month ago! Absolutely shocking service. Wont be using again

England shirt ordered 9 June, website states 2/3 weeks. After 3 weeks, I emailed, excuses,excuses,excuses. Still waiting for item, latest email states It will be with me next week - 6 weeks and of no use now as the Euros are over. It was meant to be a birthday gift for my nephew! Please be wary of ordering anything from this company

Item still not received 5 weeks after order!

I still haven’t even got my shirt yet it’s been over 2 months now and still haven’t received it I emailed zzenonn and they said that it was a delivery mistake and are sending it back out which was about 3 weeks ago now I’ve just gave up and I’m really disappointed in this website because I thought it was legit

I am still waiting for an order which was placed and paid for on 28/5/21 terrible customer service, just excuses weekly

Waited and waited shirt for my son never arrived sent numerous emails with no reply now have to try and claim my money back through PayPal and have a very disappointed son as he wanted it for the wales games shame on the company

My shirts took over 4 weeks to arrive and then when they finally arrived I received only 2/3 shirts I ordered. I will not be buying from this site again!

Don’t use this site it’s a scam ordered a Italy shirt on the 29 of may now waiting for over a Month and still nothing sent a email to get a reply saying it’s on its way then next day another email saying we don’t have your order number What! Opened dispute with PayPal. Avoid at all cost

Ordered my england shirt 4 weeks ago and still not arrived, they said my shirt was in the process to be dispatched over 2 weeks ago. When I emailed they said once it’s sent, as it’s not recorded it’s not their concern…. Absolutely shocking! Do NOT buy from here. No one should have to wait over a month for an order. Wouldn’t be shocked if it didn’t turn up at all!

Waited over 4 weeks now and have chased up twice. Been told there’s a “delay” but that’s all the information I’ve been given. No idea if I’ll be receiving my orders and I’ve enquired about how to get a refund...no response.

UPDATE

Been 6 weeks now, had an email said it would be with me early this week, again nothing. Asked for a refund, would not be surprised if this ignored.

Been a month and still no short hasnt even been dispatched. No email replys too. Just want my money back please

Ordered over 3 weeks ago and nothing has been delivered, no response to emails or contact from site, even managed to find a number which the bloke had no idea who I was asking for! Very poor, now initiated a PayPal claim. Will never use this site again! SCAM

they said the order would take 2-3 weeks but it took over a month, and then when it finally came they delivered the wrong shirt and put the wrong badge on it, I asked for the scottish premiership badge and they put the celtic badge on to the rangers kit, I'm very unhappy and won't be buying again. also terrible customer service
