I have video record and emails of past complaints that Wyndham refused to resolve these complaints at the Baymont in Ontario, Super 8 San Bernardino need to be resolved in my favor please contact me or provide me a number to representatives that will resolve in my favor

The employees always were cleaning but took time to say ["hello is there anything you need"]. I've been staying at the days Inn and Suites in Springdale for the past several months. The manager whose name is Nick is a very kind person and always comes thru when you ask a question even takes the time to research if he doesn't have the answer on the tip of his tongue.

The hotel has just been updated with a inside and outside painting. Also new carpeting through the halls. The overall attitude of the employees reflects highly to the professionalism of there Manager.

We stayed at the Baymont by Wyndham in Hutchinson, KS. Worst place to stay for sure. The wind was whistling when we opened the door, so checked the windows and no locks or screens on the first floor windows and had obviously been broken into before. Shut the window and then found a screw to jam under the window to keep it from sliding open. Was going to go to purchase a wooden dowel to put in the track then we noticed that the bed had hair all over the sheets. Including pubic hair on the pillows. I went and complained to the desk person and requested a 2nd floor room as all the rooms were missing screens. There was no way to access the 2nd floor windows from the parking lot. The first room they showed me the door lock didn't work so they showed me another room. Then when I checked my phone for messages I had 12 reservations listed on my email account and this was after we had checked in. I checked my credit card after we checked out and they had charged $50 and on the site is lists that it has a charge of $25 per pet, so they charged us for 2 pets that we did not have and told me it was a deposit fee. Never have been charged that anywhere else. Never. They were clearly hoping that I wouldn't check my credit card statement and that they could scam me out of $50. They also charged and extra $2 and told me that was for extra taxes. Guess someone needed that to pad their pocket as all that was included when I reserved the room. Look out folks. You better check the windows to make sure you're safe and if you leave the room, that no one opens the window and steals your things, or worse yet, you're a pretty girl there by yourself and then look out for your safety. I'm probably going to stay at the Holiday Inn or Best Western from now on. I've had to shut off toilets because they ran all the time. Dirty, Filthy rooms and just plain night mare conditions with greasy smelling pillows and just disgusting yuk. I'm tired of cleaning rooms whenever I stay at these hotels.

stayed at a hotel march 9th 24 in ridgeland sc after traveling 12 hrs was very tired was up most of the night with horns honking people up and down stairs outside talking alll hrs of the night people in parking lot trim falling off the wall bathroom floor dirty tub took all night to drain no towels had to go to front desk in am for towels looked like rags asked to speak with manager said owner just left so no manager ? nope called wyndham and they gave me 3000 of my points back owner replied that we slept in room so wasnt returning all our points very unhappy with this chain as it is getting really bad dont check on motels like they say so i will always refer to a different chain from now on not using this chain anymore

Have received hundreds of robo phone cals from Wyndham. Have blocked their phine numbe 407-626-0774 but they cal from naother number and show this one as the caller. Extremely uscrupilous business.

I would rate this a zero if possible. We reserved 2 nights at Days Wyndam in Ormond Beach FL for $497.00. When checking in we were required to pay an additional $100.00 deposit. When walking to the room there was trash overflowing everywhere and when we got to the room it was disgusting. Burn marks on the wall, doors jimmied, smoke detector tampered with. There were no towels in the room and when I went down to get some they said they didn't have any available until 7pm. I went back at 8 and they said they wouldn't be ready until 10 and maybe I should go to dollar general and get some. I would upload pictures if possible. We left as it was too bad for us to stay. Called Wyndam and all they offered was a free night stay thru their rewards program. This is ridiculous. We left and went to a Hilton and it was a 5 star stay, never again will I stay at a Wyndam resort.

We stayed in the Baymont by Wyndham in Durango on 540 on 1/3-5/2024. It had no heat so they plugged in a space heater into a power strip. Pretty sure that’s against fire code. It was snowing so temps in 20’s. Floors were dirty with bugs on floor; pillows smelled like oily hair. Breakfast had nothing hot but a waffle machine. This is 2nd Wyndham I’ve stayed in last 8 months. Wyndham should be ashamed to have their name associated with this motel!! Marriott or Hilton, here I come.

Worst customer service ever. They make a mistake and charge you hundreds of dollars. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. No wonder you never see or talk to the same employee twice.

Avec ma compagne, nous avons séjourné dans l'hôtel new-yorkais (The Washington by LuxUrban, Trademark Collection by Wyndham) en Décembre 2023.
Lors du check-in, la réceptionniste nous apprend que le petit-déjeuner n'est plus servi et que nous serons remboursés prochainement. À ce jour, malgré deux relances, nous n'avons toujours pas vu ledit remboursement.
Nous avons donc séjourné dans une chambre au 22ème étage, donc le frigidaire ne fonctionnait pas, sans cafetière ou bouilloire. Un peu rudimentaire pour un 4 étoiles. Et pas de fontaine d'eau à l'étage, en sachant que l'eau du robinet est imbuvable !
Et nous nous rendons compte qu'il n y a qu'une fontaine à la réception pour tout l'immeuble lorsque le matin, nous voyons la queue de clients attendant pour remplir leurs gourdes.
Mais le pire est le service de conciergerie.
Lors de notre départ, nous avons demandé si il y avait une conciergerie pour placer nos bagages pour une demi-journée avant de quitter New-York.
Le service est au rez-de-chaussée de l'immeuble. Nous attendons une dizaine de minutes, avec d'autres familles, pour laisser nos bagages. La personne arrive, sans sourire et nous prend nos bagages.
Nous revenons l'après-midi, la concierge n'est pas lé, nous allons donc à la réception pour demander à récupérer nos bagages, nous attendons une dizaine de minutes, pour finalement retourner à la réception pour dire que nous devons récupérer rapidement nos bagages pour aller à l'aéroport. Dix minutes s'écoulent de nouveau avant que le concierge n'arrive, accompagné d'un responsable de l'hôtel. Celui ci nous "balance" nos bagages en ronchonnant et nous demande deux dollars par bagage. Je réponds qu'avec vingt minutes d'attente, ce n'est pas normal de nous demander de l'argent. Le concierge (Pedro ?) me répond de manière très agressive que c'est son travail et qu'il exige d'être payé, sous l'oeil de son responsable.
En partant, j'ai signalé au responsable que ce comportement était inacceptable et que c'est anormal qu'il ne soit pas intervenu, pour obtenir comme réponse "Yeah, I know".

Pour résumer, même si les réceptionnistes sont très agréables, l'hôtel ne vaut clairement pas ses quatre étoiles.
De nouveau, je demande le remboursement des petit-déjeuners qui n'étaient plus proposés, et je demande également le remboursement de la conciergerie pour un service lamentable.

Quand aux futurs clients, fuyez cet hôtel !

This is a a great hotel. I stay regularly.

The rooms are clean, the décor is good, the staff are friendly and helpful.

The rates are really low as well.

They foster illegal immigrants at your expense. I would think twice before I spend another penny on these filthy, disgusting shelters of theirs. And when you express a concern or complaint, their incompetent staff does not even acknowledge anything. Do NOT give your money to them! They can’t even provide the most basic service!

Nov. 11, 2023 my husband & I stayed at the Wyndham Super 8 at 2717 Colonial Blvd in Fort Meyers, FL and choke every time I show the images of our room #216 to anyone. This place is literally decaying and the health department should be called in to investigate, shut down and have it burned to the ground!!
First, we are in our 80's and were told after 3 Super 8 stays our 4th stay was complimentary (do not believe that lie.) We got there to be charged $100, $30 more than our previous stays.The nasty woman at the desk that since Wyndham bought them out they do not honor that commitment. Since had to be at an engagement the next day he decided since we were travel weary we would keep the reservation. He then asked why he wasn't offered his vet and senior discounts the desk woman said it was included. All other 3 stays both discounts were offered including special vet parking and all 3 stays had "fairly" decent rooms.
All we wanted was a hot shower and a decent nights sleep. First thing we did was remove the dirty bed covers and lo & behold neithrt bed had a blanket. We spent all night getting up to turned the AC up to keep from freezing, then turn it down to keep from roasting. Neither os would put our feet in the dirty bathtub bottom to shower. We were given 1 tiny soap bar, 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel, 1 wash cloth so were able to clean up as if we were being bathed in a hospital bed. We did get 2 little packets of shampoo but both of too old to bend our heads under the sink faucet to use. Besides there rust around the plunger area.There was no kleenex in the dispenser so we could not lay out our
tooth brushes so had to use tp.which stuck to the brushes. The floors were so filthy there were actually a few coins along the side and under the edge of a bed - even the cleaning help wouldn't pick them up. Every door, door frame and knobs were filthy - images show this. The safety lock was hanging by a loose screw and we asked to have it repaired the nasty desk lady said they don't have weekend repairs done so we shoved the desk chair under the knob.
The bottom of the toilet alone will turn anyone's stomach and when the bathroom door was shut, it should have fallen off with the amount of filth and rust and crumbling drywall. An unbelievable sickening sight.
The walks and the elevator were equalling filthy with the ceiling edges deeply water stained and crumbling.
I cringe to think of the children swimming because one can only imagine the disease in the water! I have prayed for them. I also pray we do not have bed bugs!!!
HEALTH DEPT. do your job and people do yours and read reviews if you value your health as we did not read.

Having recently stayed at the Ramada Plaza and Suites by wyndham in Orlando for a 2-week vacation I was left extremely disappointed. The customer is pretty much non existent, the front desk team could do with fully training in customer services.

The hotel is like two separate hotels you have the reception area and then you have the back of the hotel. The rooms are infested with Cockroches, the Lifts don't work, key cards don't work, there is trash in the hallways and overflowing trash bins. The rooms are dirty.

Stayed at the Elko NV Travelodge by Wyndham in the middle of October 2023. Requested a non-smoking room and they came through. Television worked. Room was fine except it had no shower curtain, and one end of the curtain rod was no longer screwed into the wall. Registration was quick and manager was competent. Continental breakfast was fine, and motel was quiet if well worn.

Wir werden nie wieder ein Zimmer bei Wyndham, weder in Kassel, noch sonstwo buchen. Ich bin sehr unzufrieden mit der Art, wie Probleme von den Representanten des Hotels gehandhabt werden. Die Preisgestaltung ist intransparent und scheinbar abhängig von Laune und good will des Front Office Supervisor. Wir hatten eine Übernachtung im Hotel Wyndham Garden Kassel. Beim Buchungsportal Booking variieren die Preise für ein Dz 2Pers. der Kategorie Business incl. Frühstück zwischen € 102,00 und € 124,00. Der Mitarbeiter nannte uns einen Zimmerpreis von € 196,40 der Business Kategorie. Der Preis erschien uns bei dieser Hotelkategorie als unverhältnismäßig hoch. Der front officer räumte uns einen Rabatt von 15% zzgl. Frühstück, sowie Parkplatz ein, weil wir direkt und nicht via Booking buchten. Die Rechnung belief sich schließlich auf € 196,40 incl. Frühstück und Parkplatz. Da es bereits spät am Abend war, zahlten wir die Rechnung und hätten nicht weiter über die äusserst undurchsichtige Preisgestaltung nachgedacht, wäre das Zimmer erwartungsgemäß ausgefallen. Schon die Flure zu den Zimmern waren schäbig, dunkel, die Bodenbeläge verschmutzt. Es roch unangenehm. Das Zimmer selbst war mit einem Mobiliar ausgestattet, das seine besten Jahre seit langem hinter sich hatte. Es zeigte deutliche Abnutzungsspuren. Es gab kein Doppelbett, wie gewünscht, sondern lediglich zwei Einzelbetten. Das Bad wurde vor einiger Zeit mehr schlecht als recht mit Farbe renoviert, die Armaturen waren schwergängig, die Toilettenspülung mit dem Hinweis "kräftig drücken" versehen. Es gab keine Dusche, sondern lediglich einen Duschkopf in der rutschigen Badewanne. Insgesamt war es nicht sauber. Den einen Stern möchte ich für das freundliche und entgegenkommende Personal im Hotelrestaurant vergeben.
All dies teilte ich dem Hotel per E-Mail mit und bat um ein kulantes Entgegekommen in Form einer Rückerstattung eines Teilbetrages, denn wir fühlten uns abgezockt. Die Representanten zeigten keinerlei Entgegenkommen, keinerlei Breitschaft, eine Zufriedenstellung zu erreichen, sondern servierten uns, z.T. sehr unfreundlich, in einem E-Mail Austausch, der sich über zwei Monate hinzog, mit immer neuen Argumenten und Ausreden ab. Gute Hotelführung geht anders!

I wish that I can rate this company at a negative one; let me start by saying this was one of the filthiest hotels I've ever seen in my life. The place was just horrific the floors were not ,the sink was stopped up, the toilet seat had cigarette mark burns on it and the bed looks like it had bedbug marks. I complain to management, and I was offered a different room. This room was truly no better than the first other than it was a little cleaner the Jacuzzi look like someone had just got out of it and this also had the same bed marks, the sheets had cigarette burns. I eventually contacted Wyndham for a refund and was denied.

I stayed at the Howard Johnson in las Vegas and I can not wrap my head around how a place of this quality can even pass any type of health regulations and codes. The place was absolutely disgusting. The towels were used and not clean. There were used tissues in the room. There was garbage in the room. There were not blankets. The sink was clogged and filled with cigarette ash. Stains on the carpet. Sink area and side tables were disgusting and not cleaned. How on earth Wyndham can think this is OK is beyond me. This is an absolute disgrace for a company I once thought was okay. This was by far the least sanitary place o have stayed in my whole life and I have stayed in shacks in there world countries and still they were better than this place. You should be ashamed to have your name attached to this place.

Hi. I do not recommend this hotel. Because they stolen 200 dollars from my purse. In the hotel room. No one takes responsibility for this. There are no CCTV anywhere. There is no safe in the room. There is no one in charge at the reception. The restaurant is crawling with insects and flies. They r thief. Not proper cleaning. Do not consider to stay here. Do not ruin ur holiday here.

Clean, tidy and convenient location. Usual P-I type layout. More towels though and plenty of dispensing soap. TV ok. Bed fine. Can be a bit noisy with lorry park next door and some refrigeration unit whirring Lawn cutting started at 8:00am outside our window... Wife slept well though.
