I am extremely disappointed with my experience with XBrain. I placed an order for supplements over a month ago and have yet to receive the products. To make matters worse, despite numerous attempts to contact their customer service, I have received no response.

What's even more frustrating is that I was charged for the products immediately upon placing the order, and the company has failed to provide any updates on the status of my order. It's evident that they prioritize taking customers' money over delivering the products they promised.

I understand that issues can arise, but the lack of communication and transparency from XBrain is unacceptable. The fact that they have not even processed a refund for the undelivered products is a clear indication of their disregard for customer satisfaction.

I strongly advise against making any purchases from them. Their lack of professionalism, failure to deliver, and refusal to provide a refund make it clear that they are not a reliable or trustworthy company to do business with.

I hope that my experience serves as a warning to others considering purchasing from XBrain. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment and look elsewhere for your supplement needs.

UPDATED: I recently had an experience with XBrain that, while initially frustrating, ultimately left me with a more positive impression.

I placed an order for a product that, unfortunately, was not delivered as expected. It took a full month to resolve the issue and receive a refund. While the delay was less than ideal, I do appreciate that XBrain eventually took the necessary steps to address the situation.

The fact that they acknowledged the problem and rectified it, even after a delay, speaks to their dedication to their customers. The refund process was smooth, and I received the amount in full.

While there was room for improvement in the timeliness of the resolution, I'm willing to consider XBrain for future purchases based on their willingness to make things right. It's reassuring to know that they value their customers' experience and strive for positive outcomes.

Thank you, XBrain, for ultimately resolving this matter to my satisfaction. I hope to see improvements in response times in the future, but I appreciate your dedication to customer service.

Product had the same expiry date as the delivery date.

Quick to replay when sorting go wrong so many error now with brexit that should not be there hope they get all on control someone from Sweden peace

This is an updated review.

Previously i had a problem with a delivery to Portugal,
the product never arrived.
I understand now that it was a problem with the Portuguese customs, and not Xbrain.
They refunded the payment, so all good.

Delivery was very quick. Everything was well packaged.

The product is fantastic however it appears to be sold at a premium price. Also delivery is £8-10 for UK domestic delivery which is double the price of most premium delivery services of other online retailers.

During my purchase of the product I found another online retailer selling what I bought at HALF the price incl delivery of XBrain. Although the delivery is 1 week longer, for 50% the cost I can absolutely wait.

Lovely product. Good to know that I am consuming natural products with no added nasties.

Arrived on time as promised, couldn’t ask for better. And the product is great.

Order process easy, delivered on time, packaging fine and hoping the tablets are as good an experience! Only issue was that the flavoured with 30 tablets was the only option available. Hopefully, when it comes to my next order the other options will be available.
