Our mission is to strive for positive change by providing the best low impact gift, which connects businesses with their employees and customers whilst minimising the impact on the environment. Founded in 1986 as Xindao BV, we are a dynamic Dutch company with deep-rooted connections in China. Our journey began with importing hand tools, but it didn't take long for us to pivot to the world of promotional products, expanding our portfolio to meet the growing demands of the market. With our own in-house design studio, we began creating distinctive, high-quality products that truly stood out. Driven by constant growth, we expanded rapidly, establishing sales offices across Europe and making our mark on the industry. Then, in 2022, we redefined our identity and emerged as XD Connects—a name that embodies our commitment to connecting people and businesses through sustainable, high-quality promotional gifts. As we look toward the future, our focus is clear: to reduce the environmental impact of our collections and operations while remaining transparent, ensuring we never fall into the trap of greenwashing.
