I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the Xhorse team, especially Mia. Despite the time difference, Mia went above and beyond to accommodate all my requests with great pride and passion. The equipment I received was flawless and came with clear operating instructions. Mia has truly been exceptional.

This device is looks great but has various issues, one of which is the MCU Adapter that is supplied with the unit.

They struggle to read even the most basic of devices and I complained to Xhorse soon after delivery, the adapter was not available as a separate item so they wouldn’t help.

Now they have started to sell the adapter separately they have told me that the only way to get a replacement is for me to pay for it and pay the shipping from China, this is disgusting as the adapter that was faulty from new.

I’ve been telling them that it was faulty for months, but only recently have they added the facility for the device to test the adapter, and as soon as the engineer saw the test results he said, the cable is faulty. Yep that’s what I’ve been telling you for months.

I’ve had to pay for the replacement, but I’m disappointed with their aptitude, and complete lack of acknowledgement that they are completely in the wrong.

I would not recommend this device or the supplier as they don’t seem to care that they got it wrong
