These are scammers - I was trying to buy a window vac, and found these peopole were offering a good price. As soon as I had entered my card details they had taken £5.96 from my account and said that a retailer would be contacting me. A few minutes later, I received a link to another website, which had the items in stock, but at a much higher proce than I can find elsewhere. They will not refund the £5.96, which I did not agree to! I have contacted my card company.

They advertised a product but they are not a supplier just a search company who charge 20% as soon as you put your card details in. Do not use they are a scam.

It is a Scam. I was looking for surveillance camera. Clicked on the website to buy. One week later, checked if my item is on the way. I clicked on my account to see that it is a search company. Looked at my bank account to see that they taken £6.20 for something I never agreed. Adams or Xikixi is the same. There's Google if I want to search an Item. You Scammers. I m going to contact my bank

Fraudulent activity. Beware

Scam. Shut this business down. They take your “deposit” money and then charge you more than the original quote or don’t deliver. No refund option. Should be illegal.

ordered water filters payed £3/40 to start then wanted £2/90 protection tried to email no response can:t find phone number din/t complete so only lost £3 /40 dont get caught told bank not pay anything else out

SCAM!! Steer clear. I was lucky to just lose a £5 from this alleged company.

Fraud. They also charge additional fees which they tell you nothing about.

I was purchasing a product for a good price. They are charging me to search for a product and then ask me to purchase from do logistics and the price of the product has shot up. No reply from complaint. Stay away. They should be shut down.

I ordered for an item since 17 June 2022. This is 13 July 2022 and no delivery of item. No phone number to call. Couldn’t reach them on line. This looks like a scam site.

Ordered from a company in London (Adams) or so I thought. Then got a “chat” saying they’d taken part payment and the quoted price had increased by 25%. Plus had charged payment protection (which wasn’t in my basket when I paid). Said free postage in my basket, but when inflated price came through, it stated “reasonable postage” but no actual price. Originally purchasing from Adams, then through Xikixi, then thro DK products. Chat then changed to Spanish! Hard to contact. Got in touch with my credit card straight away & stopped my card.

I'm usually pretty savvy at sussing out scam artists and I was totally taken in by this site.Money taken,no response and no order received.

Scam, they don't sell anything they send a link to Amazon

ordered a hedge trimmer, charged £4.95 for them sourcing the product, product never arrived, then the y sent me a link to another website, DK logistics, the same product i had initially agreed to purchase was now double the price.
tried contacting them, but the page freezes when you send a message plus they just inform you that the prices change daily.
Would not recommend this company, this is not the way to run a business, pretty much an illegal operation, do not attempt to purchase anything from or through Xikixi, be warned!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These people are con merchants . I thought I was ordering from a proper company only to find they had taken money for a search and not placed an order . They are the scum of the earth and I shall be reporting them .

Used to purchase a bottle of spirit at a good price as not available in the supermarkets, took my money and no product arrived. Impossible to complain or speak to someone out order.

This is a con a rip off a thief of your money.
I’m usually very careful on line but they got me for £20 I thought I was buying a watch,what I bought was a link to a use watch on ebay. They take a percentage of the purchase price plus tax for searching the same as you would have already done. Avoid them
