ITS A SCAM WEBSITE I HAVE LOST 23 POUND
PLEASE AVOID IT

I have had a similar experience to others who have written reviews. A google shopping search makes it look as though they are selling a product at a very good price just below what it is possible to actually buy it at. The website makes it look as though you are buying the product and it also repeatedly defaults to a "premium" service which costs £3 so you have paid for premium (which has no discernible benefit) before realising it defaulted back to it again after you'd said no to it. My request for my money back was ignored. They just send you a link to a product they have sourced themselves which you then have to buy and pay the postage for. On google they were offering a price of £14.60 for the item I wanted. It can be purchased in John Lewis for £26 and they sent me a link to one for £42.75 - a tactic to further exploit people who have been drawn in. Are they working with that company perhaps. When I said that was a ridiculous price I got sent a link to one on ebay - and not even the cheapest you could get on ebay. I found another one myself on ebay that was cheaper which I have now received and have asked this company for my money back though I don't hold out much hope of getting it. If this company is not officially a scam it is certainly misleading and exploitative with non-existent customer service. No response to my complaint yet. I am going to report it as a scam via Which online.

Its a scam - seems to be an online shop such as Amazon or Ebay. I assumed that I search for something and i can buy it on a price its listed it. However it is NOT a shop. It is charging you for it to search for products (like you can do for free on Google or similar). I thought I was buying a a coffee machine and i even received a delivery date after I entered payment details. The coffee machine never arrived so I checked the xikixi website and found I had been charged for a search not a product. Than i was advised with links that direct me sites where i can buy the product on double cost that it was listed in this site or closer but still more expensive than its originally listed but used. I’m with minus £17 and no right offer. Paid for nothing, as even the service is questionable. No instant reply, and incorrect solutions… DO NOT USE it!

This company appears to be an online shop such as Amazon or Ebay. Because we are used to that sort of platform, we assume that we search for something and we buy it, with all extra costs stated, e.g. p&p. However it is NOT a shop. It is charging you for it to search for products (like you can do for free on Google or similar). I thought I was buying a board game for my daughter for ~£10 and was even given a delivery date after I entered payment details. The game never arrived so I checked the xikixi website and found I had been charged for a search not a product.

It is a scam! Charged their part right away regardlesa of any purchase done.
I thought I was shopping when cked up the item. But, no totally different link is given and the price was irrelevant.
At the end, I have’t done any purchase, but charged.

Please don't give these thieves any more money...
Offered a printer I wanted at an estimated £200. My best 'option', according to Xikixi was to buy a second-hand printer on Ebay for £200, or buy a new printer for £270 plus their fee! They charged me £30 to do an online search. They do not answer emails and you cannot contact them any other way. These people will steal your money - if you can do a Google search you can of better than the "service" they provide.

Wish I had read these negative reviews before I had anything to do with these scammers. They charged me £7.20 to search for a price of £10.06 yet the link the sent me was an Amazon link for £25.50. I have an Amazon account so could have done the search myself and got it £2.50 cheaper! As for resolving the issue it seems as though I would have more luck getting blood from a stone. Google should remove this company from price searches.

This website pretends to sell cheap electronics but they will charge a fee to secure an item that THEY DONT HAVE OR WONT SELL! in return they will divert you to other websites with no discounts at all!
The support is TERRIBLE! No one will help or refund! Truly SCAMMERS!

This site is a deception. They chase me a fee and I never receive my order, And when I tried to contact them, none answered me. I'm completely disappointed.

I was just checking out the reviews on here. Seriously - all the good reviews are fakes..!

This company advertises goods for sale at great prices. I did order from them and on checkout it was £157. They take a 20% deposit then search for the best price for your order. In my case the price went up to £214. They have no goods to sell but they charge for a service to find the best price. I am quite capable of searching for this myslef and unfortunately ended up with them!!!!! I did take screen shots of my transaction and logged for a charge back with my credit card

Please do not buy anything through this site. It is a scam. They take a payment for doing a search and then recommend companies from Hong Kong that sell fake goods making it seem like they have found the best price when in fact all they have done is put you onto a company trading illegal goods. In my case a fake Lego kit. A complete illegal scam.

Scam, scam scam. Just lost £60 though I was buying a rubbish bin, and turns out they take your money and don’t send a product!
And you can’t even contact a seller!

Their customer service just sends please contact your seller messages without even reading or addressing the problems that I can’t even access the account!

Proper Scam going on. All the positive reviews seems to be made up by someone in company as well. Extremely deceptive. Don’t go anywhere near it.

Paid £ 21.00 for a link to a site to buy tumble dryer when I contacted the link it turns out they do not stock this item can’t get hold of any body tried emailing Xikixi I did get a reply telling me to contact seller again how do you get through to a compony that is s—t

ZERO STARS THIS IS A SCAM SITE. Posing as an online store you believe you are purchasing goods only to be charged for a search. It is completely unclear, I am unsure how these kind of companies are allowed to even do this. DO NOT USE. My son has just lost £20 he thought he spending on a toy. Utter scumbags.

Scam, do not go near to them.

I believe the business is genuine but pretty useless in my opinion and slightly untrue in what they advertise. They operate a 2 phases search, whereby they take some money off you to search (essentially on google) and then send you a link on some "trusted" site for you to follow up and buy from that site, not them. Essentially, I had found that trusted website on my own but went with Xikixi because it was cheaper. The product I was buying was advertised at £249 on the website. They took £50 off me for a basic google search and then told me what I already knew, but the same product on this trusted website was at £299. So I paid £349 overall for a product advertised at £249 initially. Don't bother with them, not worth it, perhaps not technically scammers but not much better.

SCAM don't trust this site, yes I got a deal but had to pay £40 for the privilege. Said it was coming of the total once paid. How wrong! So the bargain didn't end up a bargain. 100% steer clear.....
