I was reffered to Becki from a friend who had assured me how good she was, and she was right! Being a first time buyer I was nervous, confused and found all the technicalities quite overwhelming. Becki was there to help at every step, explaining what I should expect and what I needed to do. I am so grateful and return to Becki whenever I need help!

She is as lovely and personable as she is detail-oriented and focused. I am sure she juggles many clients, but it has never once felt like we were not her priority. She has never not replied in a timely manner, usually within minutes and she does everything in her power to keep the process moving forward whilst making sure you know what's happening at all times during the house buying progress.

She has gone above and beyond for me and my partner, managing to sort out house insurances at the 11th hour and ensuring that we retain the best possible mortgage rates by checking the market for us even after our application was accepted!
