Harriet has been amazing throughout the whole process. We unexpectedly offered on a property and she went out of her way to accommodate our needs at such short notice. Within 24 hours of our first meeting she had put in a mortgage application on our behalf. The customer service we received was second to none, Harriet would reply to emails and send texts well out of hours just to keep us updated. We’re so pleased we used a broker to guide us through this process, she really put our minds at rest

Yes, she's professional, knowledgeable and works diligently to get you the best deal on a mortgage/insurance policy, which is exactly what you need, but she's also easy to communicate with, always willing to answer my questions, however silly and whenever I needed reassuring she would ease any concerns I had and if things went a little sideways or needed a nudge, if needed, she'd kick names and take.....well, you know the rest.
