Takes forever to make a refund for a product that was not even shipped yet, idk but i have a feeling i wont see a refund.
it should take a few days to make a refund but for them it takes weeks.

We wanted to buy my daughter a Magic Drawing Pad, as it had substantially better reviews than similar devices by other well-known brands.
We had a bit of a problem trying to enable the student discount for the purchase and had to contact the support team. They were exceptionally helpful, giving us quick and appropriate support beyond what I would have expected, and while it took a few days going back and forth to get to the bottom of the problem, their help was always positive, courteous and most importantly useful and efficient. This allowed us to purchase the device with the decent student discount they provide.
The tablet arrived very quickly, and everything was perfect. It was quick to get set up and my daughter started using it immediately. The reviews were correct, it has been an excellent device that my daughter uses for hours every day.
The only small issue she has is that the pen has on a couple of occasions disconnected from the tablet, but turning the pen off and on again resolves this quickly.
Overall this has been a fantastic experience and we would definitely use XP-Pen again, and recommend them to friends.
Similar to various reviews below, I also had an issue about my returns with this company. The company refuses to pay a refund *unless you can provide them with a tracking number*. I'm saying it again: Even if your item arrives at their warehouse (with the receipt, order number and everything else attached inside), it does NOT matter: They will NOT refund you, unless you provide them a with tracking number. This is theft. Furthermore, the providing of the tracking number is not given as a 'must' in their instructions for return, it's just a 'suggestion'.
And their reasoning is that they "have a very busy warehouse and so the warehouse needs confirmation that they have received your return parcel." (What kind of a logic is this???)
I've never experienced such an attitude, and I'm sure this is against UK law and regulations if I was to sue them.
Stay away.
Purchased the Artist 12; left it plugged in for ~2 hours, but the tablet showed no sign of receiving power, no lights, no response when pressing power button; worked with technical support to (attempt) to resolve, with no results; arranged return; XP-Pen has not refunded product, nor have they refunded cost I incurred with return shipping, both a violation of their own terms (from their own website: "If the product has a hardware problem (please contact our technical support for judgment first), the seller will pay the return shipping cost."); overall bad experience, defective product they were offloading during Black Friday, abhorrent business practices, will violate their own terms.
