Quick, easy purchase and download of Office 2016

Product [Visio] does not work, license key not accepted by Microsoft. spent Half a day trying to contact your company, no-one answers your phone, your on-line 24/7 support does not work either [even though it sates a reply within a minute], eventually one of your team contacted me after 6 hours! have requested a refund and am waiting for one of your team to get in touch to arrange the refund

I don't think I could find a more useless company even if I tried. They advertise they have licences in stock, when they clearly don't. Received an email to a download link with no licence. Being promised I will receive a licence and nothing arrives! Heading for a refund otherwise will contact my credit card company!

It wasn’t easy finding a slightly older than latest version of Microsoft Office for Mac but Xpresskey made it easy. Great value too.

After purchasing MS Office 2019 I did not receive and have not been able to get access to my product key. When I used the chat service I was told the my issue was in the hands of a manager .... I am still waiting 2 days later but have had no communication what so ever. I will be requesting a full refund via PayPal shortly.

Xpresskey finally sorted my issue. Very helpful lady Emily on the chat line eventually sorted my licence key issue. After a lot of faffing about with the initial key not being valid and then the second key activation reporting that the key had been used too many times an activation code finally worked. Took a couple of hours on the chat to sort though.

I would say beware if you think you might get a straightforward installation and activation. You are however paying a heavily discounted price.

The office software for Mac downloaded without any issues and I was using it in minutes. A good service and helpful customer advice in advance of the purchase.

Was able to download and begin using the Office applications within minutes of paying for it. There were a couple of extra steps to take but the instructions were clear and easy to follow. The price, with an extra 10% discount offered, was very attractive compared to other vendors.

Found the word package so much cheaper than other websites! Quick and easy to download, was on my Mac within 30 minutes .

Very good price and prompt completion of transaction meant that a five star rating was on the cards. But the chat line, advertised as 24/7 and as giving responses in less than a minute, then let things down. I posted a question and was still waiting for a reply ten minutes later, so I followed up with “Is anybody there?” No response to that either prompted me to quit. Maybe I’ll get a response today or tomorrow.

Quick and easy to download. MS Word at a very reasonable cost. Couldn't find it anywhere else at such a good price.
