I entered many individual MRI images as well as full sequences into this app and the reports were completely 100% wrong.
DO NOT waste your money on this! I tested it putting in the exact same MRI image a few times and got COMPLETELY different reports! In the end once I got the orthopedic surgeons report NOT ONE of the 40 reports (guesses!) generated by this app were correct.

This is an incredibly dishonest service. For $10, they analyze not two studies, but only two images. My hip MRI contains approximately 200 DICOM images. A regular ChatGPT evaluated all of them. If you're hoping X-ray Interpreter will interpret your scan, you're very wrong. In my opinion, the service was created to "extract" patients seeking help and information while waiting for a radiologist's report.

Extremely disappointed with the previous analysis of my foot X-rays. The AI failed to detect obvious structural deformities (severely misaligned toes) and reported a 'clean' scan initially. Only after repeated manual prompts did it acknowledge the issues, yet it remained unacceptably vague in its diagnostic conclusions. For a medical tool, missing clear orthopedic deviations is a critical failure.

First, we included the symptoms in text form along with the uploaded mammogram and got a result that aligned well with the symptoms. Then, we uploaded the same images without any text appended (providing only optional data), and this time the system didn't find any issues.
This means the whole thing is fake because the LLM is just bs-ing based on the text.
The fact that there's zero corporate background listed, the contact info is a Gmail address, and the address is in a suburban area confirms that this is just a scam. I smell a simple OpenAI/Anthropic integration via API that acts like a well-trained medical neural network model. If it were a real medical AI, they would tell you which institution or University is behind it, playing with open cards.
As for the answer to the reply: Sharing cloudy-misty info in response to a bad review is already a bad sign. You should proactively publish all missing information on your website in a traceable manner. Furthermore, you can't be an 'independent project' (I mean, you are, that's the problem) because training your neural network requires hundreds of thousands of patient mammograms and other medical imagery, plus: training your AI is an extremely expensive process. As an independent project, you wouldn't have access to that vast amount of medical imagery. And if you somehow had the money for the entire image acquisition and AI training process, then you're not operating from a small suburban house while disclosing nothing about yourself to users.

This mirrors how radiologists work: clinical context helps guide attention and judgment. When no context is provided, the system focuses solely on the visual data, which can naturally lead to a different outcome. This is by design.
On the technical side, the platform integrates multiple third-party AI models and uses a custom process to compare, synthesize, and refine their outputs. The goal is to provide clear, consistent interpretations that reflect radiology-style reasoning, not just raw predictions.
Most importantly, the system is built to help users, especially patients, better understand their medical images in a simple, accessible way. Many people do not have easy access to expert interpretation, and this tool is designed to bridge that gap.
This is an independently developed project. We are fully self-funded and focused on building something helpful before pursuing venture capital or institutional partnerships. We will continue working on improving our transparency and legitimacy step by step.

Vuelvo a hacer el diagnóstico y me diagnostican edema pulmonar. Un diagnóstico muy erróneo y lejos de la realidad.

I had high hopes for this technology. Unfortunately, the report identified several issues in my X-ray. My radiologist’s report said the X-ray was clear. Given the magnitude of the discrepancies, I do not see the value in the service.

HORRIBLE AND STUPID WASTE OF MONEY! X-rays were of my left hand, report came back saying I had like 3 fractures in my RIGHT hand. Actual interpretation was correctly of my left hand and showed bone spurs and arthritis. Don’t waste your money on this joke!

I wish I’d been asked for better images. The images I supplied were screenshots rather than the full X-ray. It may have made the difference in the diagnosis.
