My whole experience was FANTASTIC!!! It was easy to order and delivery was prompt and correct! I was EXTREAMLY impressed with how well my watch case was packed. I bought the 6 watch winder with 5 additional holders. By the time I unwrapped it, it was PERFECT and FLAWLESS!! I will DEFENITALY purchase from Xtelary for my next case!!

My "Good" experience ended after hearing the six watch winder make a very disturbing winding / grinding noise that was most apparent when going to sleep. I thought that maybe the unit had to be turned on for a while for the noise to go away, but several days later it's still a fairly loud winding and grinding noise. The next day I tried calling their customer service number that is published in all of their ads, but of course this number is disconnected. I'm too busy to go through all the email nonsense to resolve my issue. Bottom line... Their ads "look" nice, the machine "looks" nice, The quality is crap and so is their customer service!

Well packed and delivered on time . Unfortunately no tracking service

Really nice product. Dead silent motors and nice fit and finish. The six watch winder with storage and extra watch spots is a great value.

I had defect on my first command but it got fixed. The new one is in good condition. The customer service did a good job.

After a little misunderstanding about the delivery, they gave prompt reply to every question I asked, solving effectively the little problem.
The item meets completely my expectations.

This would be a 5 star review, but my watch winder shipped without the power cord/plug and I was not able to use it until one was shipped out to me (I received it about 2 weeks later). Otherwise, the unit was well packaged and appears to be of quality construction. So far the unit works well. Lastly, I was surprised by the responsiveness of their support regarding the power cord. Pleasantly surprised.

Shipping is great ! Price is good. I have a couple questions ? 1 Seiko Kinetic watch wines up an 2 Seiko Kinetic dose not wined up! And can you tell me why over the years the winders work for everything else!
I've had 4 Rolex, 2 Michell which was Rolex in the early 60s Military Mikey Mouse watch made by Rolex!
