Scam website... I should have looked for reviews before buying...
Bought a few cables a year ago (expensive but supposedly with a lifetime warranty), received them, most of them stopped working after a month of light use (bedside charging).
Since then, I have been trying to have them replace them under warranty but they just keep making up false excuses (like no stock available, when they clearly are still selling them)...
AVOID!! 90€ wasted...

I purchased a product from Xtorm that was defective right out of the box. For the past year, I have been trying to make a warranty claim, but the company has completely ignored all my emails. It's incredibly frustrating to be ignored for so long, especially when you expect a basic level of customer service for a faulty product.

The product itself was terrible, breaking immediately upon purchase, and the customer service has been even worse. I would not recommend buying from Xtorm. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this company at all costs.

It just works for 20 minutes or an hour or so. To make it charge my device continuously, I am supposed to keep pressing the on button otherwise it disables automatically, which makes the product useless.

Using multiple of their products (power bank, wireless charger, solar panel and USB hub) and having had contact with client support, I must say that I value xtorm highly. Good products and service.

Waardeloze solarcharger. Itt wat ze op de website beloofde, zeggen ze nu dat je minimaal 3 dagen volle zin nodig hebt om je bank op te laden. Ik heb hem 8 uur in volle zon gehad en er was nog steeds geen streepje bij. Waardeloos dus. Tijdens vele email tot slotsom gekomen dat ik dit product en de service van dit bedrijf waardeloos vindt!
