Problème avec ma commande est le service client est
Il y a quelques jours j'ai effectué une commande sur le site j'ai commandé 5 articles, le lendemain je suis allé dans mon compte et j'ai retiré un article que je ne voulais plus une pompe pour paddle jobe triple action pour SUP a 81,99€ le problème qu'il y a c'est qu'elle n'apparaît pas dans mes articles retirés j'ai donc été facturé et je ne vais pas la recevoir dans ma livraison , le problème qu'il y a c'est que je ne suis pas remboursé alors que j'ai été débité sur mon compte bancaire et impossible d'avoir le service client ça fait 7 ou 8 messages que je leur envoie et à chaque fois j'ai une réponse automatique qui n'a rien à voir avec ma question 🤬

Lieferungzeitraum nachträglich verschoben
Ich habe meine Bestellung am 07.04. aufgegeben und direkt bezahlt, mit einem angekündigten Liefertermin zwischen dem 13. und 14. Laut Sendungsverfolgung wurde die Ware jedoch bis heute nicht einmal versendet. Auf Nachfrage beim Kundenservice stellte sich heraus, dass der Artikel aktuell gar nicht auf Lager ist.
Hier stellt sich mir die berechtigte Frage: Warum wird ein Produkt verkauft, das überhaupt nicht verfügbar ist? Unter diesen Umständen hätte ich definitiv bei einem anderen Anbieter bestellt.
Aktuell stehe ich ohne Ware und ohne mein Geld da. Besonders enttäuschend ist zudem, dass mir trotz Nachfrage kein neuer Liefertermin genannt werden kann.
Zwei Sterne vergebe ich lediglich, weil der Kundenservice zumindest schnell antwortet. Weitere Sterne gibt es erst, wenn – und falls – ich meine Bestellung tatsächlich erhalte.
Update 14.04: der ursprüngliche Lieferungszeitraum wurde von 13.-14.04 auf 17.04-22.04. nachträglich geändert
Update 15.04: der Lieferungszeitraum wurde noch mal verschoben. Jetzt 20.04.-23.04.2026
Update 17.04.2026: 10 Tagen nach der Bestellung:
Erste Versprechung das Paket bis zum 13.04.2026 zu liefern - NICHT EINGEHALTEN
Zweite Versprechung. Zitat: "..Ende dieser Woche bei uns eintreffen und wird anschliessend für den Versand vorbereitet!" - das Paket wurde noch nicht versendet. - NICHT EINGEHALTEN
Dritte Versprechung bis zum 23.04.2026 zu liefern - NOCH OFFEN

Laut der Antwort des Shops hier unten, soll ich beachten, dass bei der Bestellung NUR der voraussichtliche Liefertermin genannt wird.
Und was soll das für mich jetzt bedeuten? Ihr habt mir den falschen Liefertermin bei der Bestellung mitgeteilt. Ihr Online-Shop ist offensichtlich falsch konfiguriert, wenn es nicht in der Lage ist, die REALISTISCHEN Lieferzeiten anzugeben.

Ho ordinato scarpe ed infradito solo perché mi servivano entro una data precisa: dovevano arrivare entro il 7 Aprile.
Nessuno mi ha avvisata, ho scritto nella chat, per avere spiegazioni e mi è stato risposto, che arriveranno forse, entro il 13.
Non sono un paio di giorni, ma una settimana!! Nessuno mi ha avvisata, oltretutto!! Ora non mi servono più per il mio viaggio!! Ad oggi, non ho ancora ricevuto nessuna mail che avvisi della partenza del mio pacco, immagino quindi che non arriverà nemmeno per il 13, una vergogna!!! Dovevate avvisare subito!!

Delivery missing. No information or whatsoever from the Shop. Only way to contact them is via website without any real agent (AI) so pretty much useless. No call center to talk to and when submitted ticket receiving only useless email stating to wait. No possibility to request refund if package is lost. Tracking number provided doesnt give any information

UPDATE ( I wish I had any from them)
After almost 20 days that parcel has been shipped and stucked somewhere in Europe without any update in status since 26th March 2026 and today is the 9th April. I have repeatedly contacted the customer care that has been totally helpess repeating the I have to wait despite the package is defintely lost. Asked for refund. Totally ignored. They reply to my enquiries with copy and paste emails. I have never dealt with such not serious Company.

Atendimento horrível, demoraram mais de 14 dias para fazer um envio que me foi vendido como 48h úteis.
Ao final, 4 patins comprados. Apenas 2 deles chegaram ao destino. Recebi o reembolso dos outros 2. (Mais 12 dias aguardando reembolso).

Muy mala experiencia. He tenido un problema con el color y diseño de una tabla de surf que no coincide con lo que aparece en las imagenes, y ha sido imposible obtener una respuesta clara . Solo recibo mensajes automàticos incoherentes que no solucionan ni dicen nada. Atención al cliente inexistente. Es la primera y última vez que compro en esta pàgina. Cero recomendable.
