I canât recommend Andrew and Lianne highly enough. From start to finish they were incredibly helpful, professional, and reassuring. Writing a Will for the first time can feel overwhelming, but Andrew explained everything so clearly and thoroughly, and there was never a question that felt too small or inconvenient.
I even missed a few calls we had scheduled, yet he was always patient, understanding, and more than happy to call me back when I was better prepared. Lianne was equally wonderful â her tone immediately put me at ease, and I knew straight away that I wanted to work with her and Andrew.
After speaking with friends, itâs clear that Xwills are also very competitively priced. Iâll admit I didnât shop around much because I trusted them instantly, but the fact they were so reasonably priced was a fantastic bonus.
