Scam afterall

Had the app. Worked fine for a while. Been unable to log in, do forgotten password, create new account or even use as guest for months now. Given up and deleted? If needed for parking just scanning qr.

Just the same as the other posts. App doesn't work - cant log in and just times out.

Terrible App Experience - Do Not Recommend

I had an awful experience with the Y-Pay parking app. Every time I tried to use it, the app would just time out, leaving me unable to pay for my parking. To make matters worse, when I attempted to use their website as a backup, I encountered the same timeout error there too. I even emailed Y-Pay to flag these issues, hoping they would address them.

Unfortunately, instead of receiving support, I’ve now been issued a parking fine! This is incredibly frustrating, especially since there’s no customer support number available to resolve issues quickly. It feels like the app was poorly thought out and lacks the basic support needed for a smooth user experience.

Save yourself the trouble and look for other parking options.

Constant time out errors.
Want to log out.....time out.
Want to delete lian car.....time out.
Rubbish

I've had exactly the same issues. It's messed around so much. 1 day I had 4 payments taken out on 1 day and recieved tickets on days I've paid.. even when I paid by machine I recieved a ticket. Another thing gemini do is not send the parking charge out so you then recieve a debt recovery letter.. no one available to help unless you want to pay.. why should I pay when I've purchase a ticket.. absolute scam and fraud
They need to be reported

Ypay is a car park payment system which is almost always offline which makes it impossible to pay for parking.

This is a cash cow for Gemini Parking Solutions who issue PCNs to people who cannot pay for parking because Ypay is down.

I have to use this for parking at my Gym. Worked ok all last year. Now Original account couldn’t connect to server. Made a 2nd, worked for a while now the same. Absolutely horrible app. Even trying to make a 3rd account now and cannot connect to server. Terrible service.

I downloaded the app so I could get a parking discount at my gym. When I try to set up my account, it spins and I get a message saying "Timed Out". Waste of my time that's for sure.

App is poorly designed, and no longer works - Timeout error that others are experiencing. Has the company gone bust?

I have faced issues similar to the ones being reported by other people. No internet and time out and unable to pay for parking. No support whatsoever. I have tried to get in touch with Geminiparking and I am told that they cannot assist and I am supposed to pay the charges. Totally disgusted.

App is not functional and there is no system support whatsoever. Very concerning considering I imagine fines are still being issued for parking. I shall be disgruntled if I am to receive a PCN and will contest.

If you have the opportunity I would strongly recommend that as a customer you find somewhere else to park that uses a more reliable app such as Ring-Go or PayByMobile.

Shockingly useless and still retailers use them

App has been non functional for a couple of weeks. Website and contact email address doesn't seem to work. This makes it impossible to pay for parking.

The app don’t work for the last 2 weeks

Hasn’t been working for a few weeks now. Very inconvenient!

The app displayed a “No Internet” error last week, preventing me from accessing essential features. This week, I faced a “Time Out” error repeatedly. Again, this hindered my ability to pay for parking. What is going to show next week ?
Long-Term Unresolved Issues and the lack of improvement over time, Y PAY parking app definitely is the WORST app of all tmes !

PS - can't even contact the company via contact us y-pay.co.uk, 504 Gateway Time-out.

Maybe an app that works would help. Not useful as a parking app if it doesn’t connect.

APP doesn’t work. NO ONE replies to any form of contact. This is legit an illegitimate company taking our money. Ffs. Website is fake and all seems like a scam

A load of rubbish, there is no way to contact them when there is an issue and the app has been down for a while so i cannot access my account to contest a parking fine that they have wongfully issued!
