Initially, I came here to report a major issue I had with the company. That issue was that it was tough to get a response from customer service. I was terribly mistaken, as this was not their fault but rather a technologically error (one that I have dealt with in my business communications with my customers as well).

But to me what sets these folks apart, since so many people can lend, is the human factor, on that I feel they really want me to succeed and grow, and this is so refreshing - a true win-win approach where they benefit by helping you scale.
