No problems getting what I ordered. The quality is good, though the clothing is a little small in sizing.

Overall the shirts I purchase are of cotton and nice fabric. Sometimes the material is all polyester. The items are pretty designs and are very similar to photos on the website. Long sleeves are a bit long for me but I hem them. I am a 38DD, 165 lb and large is a nice fit, albeit maybe a little loose.

I've ordered from Yaroi two times, and both orders have been great! The products are what they promise - and just something a little different than what I find in retail stores in my area. Love it!

Beautiful 2 piece outfit and lovely tops. Items true to size and exactly as described.

clothes are ok but service is terrible. No response after repeated attempts to return. BUYER BEWARE

Love everything I've ordered from Yaroi -- 4 dresses and 2 tops. Flattering styles, beautiful fabrics and very reasonably priced. I've also received all orders within a week. Reliable service!

Website claims clothes are made in US but they're made in China, shipped to a location in US, and a new shipping label applied over existing label. The clothes are of terrible quality. I tried repeatedly to return and was initially offered a $3 credit to keep the clothes, then $8 ("that okay customer?"), then $21. I was initially told that I would have to pay for the return shipping, then was told shipping would be expensive - I could not get a return ship to address from them. Clearly I am communicating with someone from China. I finally caved and took the $21 - my order was $89. Lesson learned but beyond frustrating - I contemplated calling my bank and our state attorney general's office because this is FRAUD! They just wear you down - and you cannot wear the clothes because the quality is cheap!!!

The shirts fit perfectly. Materials are of good quality. Worth what I paid for. Some products from other companies are expensive too and product is poor in quality. This purchase of mine tops them all. Very very happy with my purchase.

Horrible customer service. Clothes run 2 sizes smaller. Cute clothes though. Will not recommend

The blouses I purchased did not look or fit like the online picture at all; thus, I reached out to customer service via email to make an exchange. They were not willing to work with me in any manner whatsoever and their email communication was quite rude. Will never buy anything else from Yaroi. Also, their company is owned by Chinese, although they state they are based in America.

I ordered a couple of shirts from Yaroi. Both ran extremely long in the sleeve length...way too long for my 5'1" height. I was in touch with customer service asking for return information. No response as of this writing. Likely won't do business with them again, nor recommend them to anyone.

I saw this dress on Instagram and looked into the company (because I don't want to buy a crappy item from China). Their website said this is a store in North Carolina and pieces are made with love and bla bla bla. As it turns out, it is a manufacturer in Dubai and the quality of the fabric is yucky. Like, DO NOT STAND NEAR OPEN FLAME. I'm not even going to try to return this item after reading others' experiences. And I may never buy online again.

Not crazy about the quality of the material necessarily but it’s a good price point.
