MY items were beautiful and fit perfectly.

I like the products. However, I sent an email on Friday saying I'd like to return one item. It’s Tuesday and I don’t have an answer.

Horrible service. I bought 3 tops. All too small. Did not look like the pictures. I tried to return them and they kept responding with "we will refund $35 (and increased the amount with each response) and you keep the tops". DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I bought 3 shirts after viewing them via a Facebook ad. I loved the ad images and the reviews were positive, so I thought I’d chance it; especially nice that they were all on sale. 2 great surprises: they came expeditiously and the quality of the shirt material was amazingly nice. After buying a few things “sight unseen” via the web before and getting less than acceptable quality, these shirts truly made my day. 2 were for me (both fit!), and the other for my wife (not quite the right fit cuz she has a bit of a tummy). Both shirts have been washed and held up perfectly; colors stayed bright. Def would recommend this seller.

My initial shopping experience was good. There were many choices. The checkout was also good because I use PayPal. The delivery was also good and as promised. However, I was disappointed in the package with my tops because there was no receipt or information explaining returns or exchanges. I've been on the website trying to find that out as well. One of the tops is smaller than I expected and it needs to be exchanged or returned.
3/26/23 Update: I still haven't received information from the company on how to return or exchange an item. I will keep it now and not do business with them again!

False advertising! The elegant pantsuit on the website looks like a sweat suit. The shirts look nothing like they look on the website. Horrible! Don't buy from this company. A total scam. I am calling my bank immediately.

Shopping with the company was simple. I think the prices are reasonable but the asymmetrical blouse doesn’t look as pictured, however, I think I still like it and am going to keep it along with the other 2 blouses. The fabric for each of the blouses isn’t what I expected but again I think I still like them and I am curious as to the wear. The fabric is a good quality and what I do like is they don’t need ironing! And it feels good on your skin. So I’m hoping I will be more pleased after the wear!

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT buy from this company. I tried to cancel this order within an hour of placing it. I emailed them 4 times in the first week to cancel the order, and they shipped it. The quality and fit is CRAP. I contacted them immediately for a return authorization, and they haggled with me for days, offering small amounts of money as a refund, and I get to keep the clothes. I said no, and told them to refund me, and send me an authorization code. After a week since arrival, and 3 weeks since first asking for the cancellation of the order, I finally disputed it on my credit card. When I told Yaroi it was disputed they finally gave me a shipping address with a possibly faulty zip code, and no authorization code for the return. I have asked for confirmation of the zip code, and a return code. They just keep saying to give them a tracking number when shipped. I am not shipping until I know it is a good address. I can already see that game playing out, we didn't receive it, or there is no authorization code. They are a nightmare, RUN, don's walk, RUN AWAY!

The garments are very nice and fit perfectly. Deliver was a bit longer than expected but it was expedited, once I contacted customer service. Thank you for that. It will not stop me to order in future.

The items were as expected. It took over a month for me to receive them but I’m very pleased with each of the items ordered. I would order from them again.

Tops are exactly as shown, fit true to size & high quality. Arrived fairly quickly. Get a lot of compliments on the tops! My second order & will order again.

DO NOT ORDER From Yaroi - I wish I had looked for reviews before I placed an order. Their website clearly states FREE REFUND within 30 Days. I spent $113 on three items. I have requested a return and refund from them and got a response saying they would credit me $36 and I should keep the merchandise. I responded that I wanted a full refund and return of the merchandise because none of the items fit and I was unhappy with the quality. That was 2 days ago and I have not heard back from them yet. This company is not what they advertise!

the ordering online was very easy! Only problem was the order took over 6 weeks to arrive and my credit card was charged when I ordered not when the items were shipped so I was concerned if the order would even arrive. When it did arrive I was very pleased with the items!!

I ordered products on January 6th and received them on March 6th. I decided to buy from them because they stated that their products are made in the US, but they don't meet the US labeling requirements at all. However, the garments are well made for the price.

These are great tops! Very colorful, soft fabrics and a great fit. I ordered large because I wanted them to fit loose and they're perfect.

Beautiful material and assembly. I’m very impressed. Size to fit. Thanks for a great product
