Lovely clothing items, can't wait for chilly weather to wear them!

Ordered three items. Quality is so poor. Cowl neck top is made of some weird recycled fiber and weird color. Definitely not was in picture. The peplum top came with different buttons from the picture. I would accept but they are huge faux pearl and plastic silver buttons!
If you check their return policy it only allows return for quality issues. Guess their definition of quality is different than mine! So warning don’t buy from this company!

Will not send address to return the unsatifactory item. Total scammers

I received my sweater last week and am delighted with it. The only objection I have is that in the advertisment it shows more of a flare from the upper waist than is actually on the sweater. And it could be that you need to have someone model it who does not have an 18 inch waist. This is false advertising and I am not a large lady at all. I like the sweater but it does not have the look, at all, of the one you advertise.

I purchased 2 tops for $84 thinking they were made of natural fabric, like cotton, per the description. They arrived and were made of cheap fabric. I cannot wear synthetics.
They offered to send me $15 and keep them!!!! What a scam! Website says EASY RETURNS.. a lie. I am fed up with Asian companies that screw us at every turn.
Update: after filing a complaint through PayPal they upped the refund to $25, then $45 and when I refused finally $65. So I am out $20 but lesson learned.

The shirts were very nice and pretty much true to size. They are soft and I like part of the proceeds go to charity.

Both the blouse I purchased and the cardigan were just as pictured and very pretty.

My sweater arrived promptly and was everything I hoped for. The material is thick and great quality, the sweater fits well and is exactly as described! YAY

There is no return process. Just forget what the website says. I wanted to return the plus size tops as soon as they arrived, but they only offered to pay me 50% (but I could keep the items). When I persisted since they were not usable, they offered 63%. Finally got them to offer 79% (keeping the useless items). Could only get full price by shipping them back to them on my dime. Total scam since their website specifically says "Free refund within 30 days" and "Easy Returns".

The clothes might be okay if you are a small person, but forget it if you are larger than medium. Larger sizes would only fit a very tall skinny person. I have seen this before with Chinese "fashion", they just don't understand heavier sizes. The quality wasn't great either.

Just stay away from them, no matter how lovely the clothes look on the screen, they don't look like that in real life.

The package arrived when they said it would and was in good condition. The item was in a sturdy plastic bag and was well protected. The item itself was as advertised. I look forward to wearing it!

Items purchased are great. My only thought is that it took longer to ship then I expected, but no worries. I received the products and they are exactly what I wanted. Good quality and the colors are nice.

Soft and warm and classic looking. This sweater is a keeper.

The quality of the items that I purchased was very poor. I am so disappointed because the photos were amazing! And of course there is no way to return these items. :(

My recent purchase of three items from Yaroi was rewarding. The vest, cardigan sweater and holiday themed tunic fit true to size and feel wonderful. Very classy purchases.

I was surprised at how quickly the dress arrived. It is a beautiful dress and I'll definitely wear it, with some alterations. The picture shows above ankle length; it's actually floor length. It really fits more like an empire style not on the waist. I'm 5'4" about 160 lbs. the waistline hits at my lower ribs not at the waist. It has pockets! Disappointed I can't wear it as is, but it is very pretty.

I received merchandise after a longer than expected wait time. Both outfits were made of a material I did not like, and the fit was not correct. I called customer service to ask for an authorization to return the items. Was asked if I would take a partial refund, and this is my bad, I read 102.00 refund for a $103.00 item. The actual refund offered was $12.00. I wrote back and asked if I could return the item. They told me to return the item to No 47 107 Sheikh Zayed Rd DUBAI UAE. They want me to pay postage to DUBAI before they will give me a refund. I am thinking postage would be more than the item cost. SO..I would encourage people not to buy anything from this company , EVER. I have asked my credit card to dispute this charge, but it looks like I am going to lose $103.00. Please learn from my experience. Do not shop this company.

Horrible experience with return policy. After several attempts to receive a full refund, they refuse to have a Supervisor return a call to me. Although I finally received a return address, I have yet to receive an authorization certificate. I don't believe that I will ever receive a refund for my return. Do not recommend this company.
