I recently both sold my flat and purchased a property through Yates Hellier, and had a really positive experience throughout. Julie and Alex, in particular, were fantastic from start to finish. Yates Hellier’s marketing was excellent, and they handled all my viewings while keeping me fully updated at every stage.

They have a really personal, friendly approach and took the time to get to know me and my circumstances. Any questions I had were always taken seriously, and they were happy to help and explain everything clearly.

The Yates Hellier team were also a huge support during my search. It had been over a decade since I last bought a property, and it was my first time selling, so their advice and guidance were invaluable.

Overall, a smooth, stress-free experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Yates Hellier to both buyers and sellers.

Selling our flat in the west end of Glasgow was made much easier and simpler by Yates Hellier’s fantastic service. The quality of the photographs they got of the flat was amazing and brilliantly displayed the flat to get plenty of viewers in and get our flat sold for a good price. All the colleagues we dealt with were professional and knowledgeable and made sure to keep us in the loop about everything. They conducted viewings on the flat for us as we'd already moved out and helped to negotiate the selling price. Overall we’re delighted we chose them and would recommend for anyone looking to sell their property!

I am so pleased with the care and detail of service from Yates Hellier Estate Agents. I asked them to come and give me a valuation of my main door tenement in the West End and Ross's knowledge of the area and valuation was spot on.
There was no pressure to sign up there and then so I did take my time. But when I did decide to move the process was quick and easy. The communication is brilliant from someone always at the end of a phone to the excellent WhatsApp group that allowed me to communicate with everyone in the company. The agents showed people around my flat and I recommend you do this as it's very convenient. I sold my flat in just over a week for a great price. 5 Star service from start to finish.

Although Yates Hellier acted for the sellers rather than myself, I found them to be extremely professional and efficient throughout the process. Communication was clear and timely, and everything was handled smoothly, which really helped keep the purchase on track. First time selling a property and was worried it was going to be a challenge. Also selling a property in Glasgow whilst being based in London added to my concern. Despite that it was honestly so easy. 1 viewing and one deal delighted with the whole thing , super easy, good comms, and took care of all the various parts, cleaning, moving old furniture etc.

The booking schedule is easy access and always well planned in advance. We were not in the pressure of keep the whole house in a super condition for any unplanned viewing.It made us feel less stressful.
The viewings were always done by Ross who is an expert. It is much better to have an experienced person to guide the viewing who will give lots information to the buyer.
They were also very helpful for the communication with buyer in the whole process.

Yates Hellier were fantastic. As a purchaser, we dealt with several different estate agents when making offers - none compared to Yates Hellier (YH). All questions were answered, the team were highly responsive and even managed to squeeze us in for a last minute extra viewing.

The general communications were warm and celebratory - making buying a property through YH fun and exciting. On the day itself, we received a lovely call from Lucy and were welcomed by the team with a cute box for our keys and a lovely bottle of fizz to mark the occasion. Such a west end community vibe, which is why we chose to buy where we did.

The buying experience would also make me recommend YH to anyone selling a property. The marketing materials were excellent, and the video in particular is one we are delighted to have for posterity. It certainly caught our eye and we have shared it with so many people. It made us proud of the property we purchased.

From the outset, the staff at Yates Hellier provided a friendly, professional and efficient service. Ross had a cool but knowledgeable and professional manner when he first viewed the property we had to sell and this gave us confidence that we had made a wise choice in Yates Hellier. This confidence continued when we spoke with the office staff (Alex, Julie, Lucy) and with Neil who did excellent work with the photography.
