We’ve now investigated this internally and have issued you a full refund. We’re also reviewing this with our supplier and quality control to ensure this doesn’t happen again.

We’re really sorry to hear about your experience — this isn’t the standard we aim for at all.

We’ve had a significant influx of orders recently, especially around Ramadan, which has unfortunately caused some delays and a backlog on our side. As a small business, this level of demand exceeded what we anticipated, but we’re actively catching up and expanding to handle this better moving forward.

Your order should already be on its way out. If for any reason it hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll personally look into it and update you as soon as possible.

We’re also working through all emails and enquiries as quickly as we can — thank you for your patience during this busy period.

Please don’t worry, we will get this resolved for you.

We deeply apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment you have experienced with your recent order. It is clear that we have not honored your expectations, and for that, we are truly sorry.

Unfortunately, due to an unexpected issue with our system, some orders, including yours, did not receive the appropriate confirmation and updates. We understand how crucial it was for you to receive your thobe in time for Eid, especially after paying for expedited delivery.

If I remember your order correctly, I believe we are currently engaging via email to address this matter. Please rest assured that we are working diligently to rectify the situation and will be issuing you a full refund for your purchase.

We regret the lack of communication and the delay in our response to your emails and messages. We take full responsibility for the shortcomings in our customer service and are taking steps to ensure this does not happen again in the future.

1. We understand the frustration of having an order cancelled and we apologise truly for the inconvenience. The reason was due to it being out of stock.

2. Upon receiving orders, some customers have reported receiving incorrect sizes. This stems from a minor production issue where size tags were misplaced on the new collection Gandoura. We advise trying on the Gandoura received; the size should align with your order in'sha'Allah For any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us on orders@yazirco.com.
