When I first took my Father to Yasmin, he was unable to go into Sujood and was praying his Salaah sat on a chair because off the unbearable pain he had in his leg. Yasmin gave him some exercises to do at home, with one off them being an exercise that resembled the Sujood. Since that day, My Father has prayed his Salaah standing, and going into Sujood, instead off praying on a chair which he had done for many years!! SubhanAllah! He’s come such a long way since going to Yasmin but the greatest outcome has definitely been him being able to pray his Salaah standing and going into Sujood after many many years.
As for his Leg, he’s doing soooo much better Allhamdolillah, after being told by many other healthcare professionals that there was no cure for the pain in his leg! Yet again, Yasmin has totally amazed us all.

Yasmin was excellent and highlighted key issues related to my knee. The treatment was excellent and reduced the knee pain and got me walking properly again. Her overall advice was great too. I would definitely recommend to others.

I know Yasmeen because my mum, sister and wife have all been to her and always sing her praises and since I am a level 4 sports massage therapist, I normally send her the clinets I can't deal with.

I have had 2 treatments with Yasmeen and all I can say that it was well worth it. I was suffering from migranes and a lot of neck tension as well as a few other issues here and there. My migranes have gone and I no longer get jaw tension.

She listerns, gives solid treatment and good advice, I highly recommned and will be coming back.

Best treatment ever! Had a dodgy hip for a few years, went to Yasmin and she helped me out asap. Gave me a couple exercises to do and treated me to the best of her ability. Yasmin is empathetic, knowledgable and gifted in relieving really acute pain. Additionally, she was able to explain my pain to me and it’s caused in layman terms, and highlighted the impact of stress on the body.

I’m a breast cancer survivor and as part of my treatment plan I had to undergo surgery and radiation, I was left with painful and tight scar tissue which was causing me mobility issues and pain. I was struggling doing day to day tasks due to the pain. Before Yasmin I’d seen other massage therapists, physiotherapists and doctors. When I thought I’d tried it all and got nowhere, I had honestly given up and accepted that I was going to be taking painkillers for the rest of my life. I had been turned away from the NHS advising me there’s nothing that can be done for scar tissue. I’ve been having a combination of treatments including scar tissue release, from the first session and I’ve only had three! I’m in 80% less pain and I have so much more range of movement! I can not recommend enough! Especially for those that have gone through surgery for cancer or for any other surgery for that matter! You do not have to suffer! Go to Yasmin instead!

Yasmin has a real gift and what I describe as healing hands. She has a knack to knowing exactly what treatment is most needed and I have recommended countless people to her and they all give a glowing review. I can’t go to anyone else now, they don’t even come close! After years of suffering from chronic back and neck ache, it is managed well due to treatments from Yasmin.

Yasmin was brilliant - suffered from lower back pain and she thoroughly explained the reason why this had happened and how it was caused - she dealt with my aches effectively and professionally- I feel like I can ask much better and have more movement on my lower back - cannot express how good Yasmin is - she really does know how to deal with your problem and ease the pain and suffering - definitely recommend - she is brilliant x

I have suffered with lower back pains for years tried alot of kind of treatment to it to lessen my pain but the pain comes back. My sister rang me to tell me about Bowen therapy and how good it is and worked really good with my brother in law in 4 sessions I cancelled all my physio appointments that weren’t much help, and make an appointment with Yasmin’s Bowen therapy. At the time I was fed up cause nothing worked and my pain was getting worse lasting for months so didn’t have much hope as no other treatments worked for me but my wife and son made me an appointment with yasmin at YD Therapy. It was the best therapy, nothing like the previous physio sessions I have been to. Yasmin relieved my pain and explained ways and techniques to help the pain from coming back . After having just 3 treatments I feel amazing my pain has gone, I haven’t felt this good in months! I would 100% recommend Bowen therapy first before other types of treatments out there it truly helped me and my pain compared to the other forms of treatments, Bowen therapy is definitely the best. 5star reviews from me!
