The treatment I received at YB therapy has been life changing. I’d been having issues with a misaligned jaw for around three years and nobody seemed to be able to help. Yasmin identified my problem immediately and was able to point out how an historic trauma to my pelvis was contributing to other issues in my body including my jaw. After two sessions my jaw is perfect again and my shoulders and torso are perfectly aligned and pain free. I can’t recommend YB Therapy enough. I traveled from Blackpool for my sessions, but I would have driven to Cornwall for this level of quality.

Yasmin was really nice and it was a lovely experience she explained everything that she was doing and even answered my 100 questions 😂 honestly it was a great experience and she fixed the problem that I was having which was a relief. I would 100% recommend her to my friends in the future

I received a TMJ therapy from YbTherapy due to ongoing problems I have been enduring with my jaw. It was my first session with Yasmin yesterday and it is absolutely mind blowing how I have woken up today feeling totally different. My jaw feels new and most of all relaxed.

My overall experience of bowen was very relaxing and calm. The environment was perfect. I would definitely recommend! Once again thank you Yasmin.

For years I suffered from vertigo attacks and tinnitus, after having a few massage sessions, combined with vagus nerve and facelift treatments my symptoms are almost non existent… also my headaches have disappeared and I have got my health back and my quality of life has also improved.. highly recommend all of the treatments mentioned… over the years I tried different treatments/therapies and nothing worked.. am so glad I came across YB therapy it has changed my life!!!

I came to YB Therapy about 3 months ago feeling really down about my health after suffering for over 20 years with chronic pain. I had been to numerous therapists before coming to YB. But the first thing that was distinctive from all the other therapists was that I wasn’t put under a time pressure and was really listened to.
I felt so comfortable opening up about difficult things from my past that I hadn’t even realised was coasing me to have all this emotional trauma that lead to all this pain.
Anyways after a coarse of treatments ranging from Bowen therapy, deap tissue facial, deep tissue targeted massage, IEMT therapy and even cupping! I feel like a new women! Alhumdulillah to Allah for taking me to YB!
Also apart from the therapies they offer the advice and exercises given have worked wonders for me aswell!

I took my daughter for Bowen treatment, Yasmin is very friendly and kind with us. My daughter enjoys going to see her. Since seeing Yasmin I have noticed a different in my daughter health with cerebral Palsy.
I’ve also seen her too with carpal tunnel and since having Bowen treatment I have not noticed any pain at all.

I have been to see Yasmin a few times now and she really is very good. I had the face massage treatment a few weeks ago and this was no ordinary face massage. It felt like a face gym workout and left my face looking and feeling younger. No expensive cosmetics and better results!

I had the vagus nerve treatment yesterday and this was very felt very different to a normal massage. Yasmin worked deep into all areas and left me feeling light and refreshed as if a heavy weight had been lifted off me. Keep up the fantastic work.

I Requested a appointment last minute as my back was really painful and I wasn't able to sleep either. I received my treatment and felt relief straight after. My pain had subsided and I was able to have a good night's sleep. Thanks for accommodating me last minute definitely recommend to anyone with back issues
