Only delivered one tv. Paid for 2nr. No reply to my emails

Declan was absolutely brilliant. He was very knowledgable and looked after me very well

Ordered a 2021 55 inch LG OLED tv which was refurbished but looks absolutely brand new. Hundreds of pounds cheaper and it arrived within 2 days of ordering, free of charge. I had my doubts at first as it seemed too good to be true and the order information didn’t say when we would receive the item. So very pleasantly surprised when it came so quickly and in (seemingly) great condition.

When I ordered the component, it was on a 3-4 day delivery - After a week I contacted the vendor, who advised they were having difficulties with the Postal Service, and to wait for a few more days
After a further week, still no delivery - so called the vendor and canceled the order with a full refund - All very smooth
A few days later I was asked by the Post Office to pay for Postage on a Package (at this time of year it's not unusual for us to recieve such a request, as awaiting a Christmas cake from our family!) - I paid fo the postage and to my surprise it was actually the component I had cancelled early in the week....
I contacted the Vendor (as I still had not obtained the component I needed elsewhere) - and was pleasantly surprised to get the component at a discount!
Good result in the end

I bought a Tv from Yellow Electronics that sadly developed a problem.
I dealt with Declan and all I can say is that Yellow Electronics were first class all the way with there warranty, customer service and communication. Everything was dealt with fast, efficiently and I couldn’t be more impressed.

Bought a new TV which was in brand new condition just not in original packaging.
It was the previous years model but was around £600 off the RRP which was a huge saving off todays equivalent,
I have bought stock like this in the past and I defo recommend it if you want a decent bargain, just read the description to know what to expect from condition as some are described with minor defects, but the cost does reflect that

I rang the company to raise this issue and within the hour I was given a full refund making it a very smooth process and enhanced experience of handling lost parcel. I cant believe I got a 55 inch LG oled tv that usually cost 1000 plus for half the price from you and the TV looks brand new and came with all the packaging and 1 year warranty for a second hand. It was worth paying 70 pounds for your delivery with the way the tv came packed safe ! You have spoilt me !! Thank you so much 💓

Bought an LG OLED (48C16LA) a couple of weeks ago, aside from the box having been opened, TV and remote look new. All working perfectly. At the time of purchase the price was at least 25% cheaper than new, although prices are moving fast (this was a 2021 model).

My only concern is with the 12 month warranty period, as many retailers are now offering 5 year warranty on OLED panels. I spoke with Declan at Yellow about this, he advised me that, given the extensive testing the TV has been through, any further fault is unlikely, and they would handle any repairs outside of warranty at a very competitive cost. Would be nice to have this included in the package, and explained more clearly.

Aside from that, very happy.
