Cheryl went above and beyond and has sorted our BTL mortgage super quickly, she was always available by phone, very prompt to respond to messages and kept me updated even over the weekend. Really great customer service from the rest of the team also, would definitely recommend.

I started the process and was completely clueless however Cheryl was a gem, couldn't have been better. She is clearly very good and explains everything really well.
Louise was the onboarder and she was amazing with everything. Swift email back and calls. 10/10

Steve Wand from Yes Financial was the person who gave me hope while I was only dependent on benefit income. He and his team helped me all the way through getting Mortgage in October 2024 and then chasing solicitors etc for completing which continued untill April 2025.

Absolutely fabulous service. A lady named Sue made it so simple and easy to understand. As a first time buyer She was helpful all the way through and happy to answer any questions and explained them where it was easy to understand. Other members of the team were also as helpful and very friendly and guided us through everything required. Would highly recommend.

Very engaging on the fact find phone call. Professional, friendly, and upbeat about my chances. Received a follow up email requesting certain docs which I sent by reply immediately. Then ghosted. No reply. Obviously not worth the effort because my case was quite complex, but a bit disappointing.

Absolutely unstoppable team, first Jennie Oaks keeping my application on track with great due diligence. Then there’s no such thing as can’t or give up! Despite all the hurdles and obstacles in my very particular, difficult case the girls at yes financial services particularly super Sue Bruns and Emma Glass would not give up until they got my mortgage despite all odds been against it. It was a great service from start to finish. My broker was Steve Wand and I can’t speak highly enough about him. Always happy to take a call and responded to emails very quickly. He seemed like he genuinely cared about getting the mortgage I needed. Would recommend to anyone.
