contacted yes financial mid january was passed to steve had a chat then he came back to me within 12 hours with a decicion in princible was then passed to cheryl who was fantastic doing everthing to make the mortgage go through smoothly both steve and cheryl are very dedicated and seems nothing is any trouble many thanks for everthing we be back in contact again when the fixed deal comes to a end ian

Being a first time buyer I had many questions about different types of houses and expectations on everything involved with the process. Sue Bruns was the most helpful person I could have asked for as she responded to emails and phone calls almost immediately which ensured I could put my offer in quickly. She gave good advice on some parts that I was a bit hesitant on, but answered very detailed. Would definitely recommend and will be going back for when I need to remortgage in the future!
