it was great for six months, but now the problems are starting

There are no complaints regarding the order or delivery. Everything was perfect. I’ve had the product—a MacBook Air—for six months. Unfortunately, the first defects are now starting to show. The lettering on the keyboard is slowly peeling off. The cooling fan is kicking in more and more often and won’t stop, even though all programs are closed and the computer is in sleep mode. The only thing that helps is to shut down the computer completely. And even then, the fan may start up again when I turn it back on.
The battery is also draining very quickly now—overnight—if the computer isn’t plugged into the power source the whole time…
Until a month ago, the device was working perfectly. There was nothing to complain about. I think I’ll make use of the 1-year warranty and request a replacement.

Feedback Macbook Pro 16” from 2019 ;)

I bought a MacBook Pro 15'9 from 2017 and I realized that this model cannot be updated with the last macOS Versions like Sequoia or Tahoe.
So I decided to change it for the MacBook Pro 16'' from 2019 which is valid actually with the last OS Versions.

Refurbed and Klarna managed my replacement in very good way. I managed the return and in the same week I received the new unit, it's amazing how this guys work, very happy with them ;)

I wanted to upload a video with the Unboxing of my MacBook Pro, but I am not able to do it, so, it could be nice to add this new feature here. The Macbook is working perfectly, the USB hub I bought is working as well, all perfect!

I will also Scan the QR code to extend my Warranty, I am very happy with the service, and with the support.

Je suis impressionnée !

Je viens de recevoir mon MacBook Air M2 (2022) commandé chez Yesagain via BackMarket je suis absolument bluffé. Le packaging est soigné, le conditionnement impeccable, et l'ordinateur est dans un état comme neuf — pas une seule rayure, rien. On pourrait croire qu'il sort directement de chez Apple. Je n'aurais jamais pensé qu'un produit reconditionné pouvait être aussi bien présenté et aussi bien conservé.
Yesgain fourni également des fiches explicatives pour faciliter la configuration de départ et des conseils pour optimiser la durée de vie de la batterie. C’est une belle surprise et une belle économie. Je recommande sans hésitation !
