1 Star all thanks to FedEx delivery "service" who left my MacBook Pro (â¬1520) outside in the rain on top of my mailbox 200 meters from my home, by the side of a public road. Despite that I left very specific delivery instructions, twice.
However, all contact with Yesagain was 5 stars, very professional and polite!
However 2, I wont return as a customer as long as they use FedEx as their delivery "service".
