I found that there is not much on this site, Less then 100 Recipes.. Get more Chefs and recipes, and this site would be Great.

Kevin was extremely prompt and helpful when I needed to communicate with the company.

Excellent customer service. Very quick and friendly response time to a billing question I had (based on a mistake on my end). Highly recommend.

This show does not honor the stature of the hosts. The hosts are remarkably accomplished, and savvy enough in their hosting - but the producer's selection of the chefs are offensibly horrible!!!!!

The chef selection vetting seemed to be selectively aimed at melodrama, as if they thought that melodrama would make the show entertaining. They ruined the show and dishonored the hosts!!!

I am embarrassed for Jose Andres and Martha Stewart and for their reputations that will be hang their heads in shame for this offering.

Credit card charged without advance notice- SCAM. I message them through their website messenger and they offered me a few deals but I just wanted out. Did not authorize the cc charge. Ignored my message and it mysteriously disappeared. I emailed them and no reply.
This is a SCAM. They lock you in and ignore you when you try to get out. Completely unethical and probably illegal. Their 30 day refund policy is total BS. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and calling my bank.
5/13/25 update. I have heard back from Yes Chef -first ignoring my demand for a refund and offering me deals to stay. Then when I repeated my demand and told them I have filed a complaint here and will be calling my bank at the of the day to report fraud, I received an email saying they have refunded my full amount. It has not cleared with the bank yet so I have to wait for that to happen. I will be glad when it does clear which should he tomorrow. If it does not clear, then there is a new game going on. Will report back
5/14/25. the refund of $180 has cleared at the bank. So they did refund the money. It took way too much effort to reach them and the unscrupulous business practice of not providing advance notice that your card will be charged in a few days is bad business.

5/19/25 in response to YesChef’s request for suggestions for improvement I suggest they alert people well in advance of their cc being charged for a renewal. No one likes surprises. And make it easy to contact customer support

Absolutely one of the dumbest, FAKE as anything REALITY shows I've ever seen! "COME ON FOX!" You've obviously run out of ideas for new shows, and are in real need of some new "Fresh" writers! How many FAKE cooking DRAMA shows do you think we want to watch? They're just all over the top drama queen shows. Martha Stewart screwed up again, and can't believe she's not seeing the big picture!

I decided to upgrade to the Lifetime Subscription for my birthday and it's been the best decision ever. Each episode is a gem, beautifully crafted. Each series seem to have been tailor-made to capture the unique universe and vision of each Chef. YesChef is much more than a repertoire of amazing recipes, it is a complete experience. We get immersed into the essence and spirit of the Chef’s Cuisines. We understand their roots and heritage, the values they carry and where they’re leading... I also love the feeling of authenticity and spontaneity in the way this project has been thought, as if the Chefs had been left the complete freedom to choose what they wanted to say, where they wanted to cook, who they wanted to invite, and how they wanted to structure their teaching and present their cuisine... The format allows them to be creative and generous in their approach, they’re clearly having fun, taking us to their secret gardens, their favorite places, with the people they love, telling us the stories that touched and inspired them. There’s an intimacy that is created with the audience. We can feel their passion, their genuine excitement and joy to share... And then magic just happens !

I keep coming back to the content over and over again, even years after... Those teachings are so alive, I never get bored, there’s always a new insight, information, inspiration that I get out of them... The lessons are simply invaluable. The YesChef’s team has been all over the world to meet the greatest Culinary Masters on Earth, and we’re travelling with them. Learning with YesChef is like embarking on a fascinating journey. The below review were my thoughts before customer service reached out and satisfied my issues and convinced me that internal issues were responsible for the lack of contact. That has now been settled and I look forward to my continued use of the app.

I joined with the hope it would become an app like Master Class that could be watched on a large screen. Never happened.
My subscription was canceled without ever receiving any notice that it would expire or request for any payment.
I have tried to contact customer service but that is a complete joke. Yes Chef does not have ANY customer service and their web site with the chat box is useless. Almost if it is by design to keep customers away and frustrated.
I would not recommend this service.

I am totally enjoying YesChef, the bios of the chefs, the way that they cook and their thoughts about what they're making. I am sponging up every second of this. I've made several of the meals and have been blown away by how Nancy Silverton's steak with charred scallions, seems simple...but the flavors!! Oh my! Francis Mallman and Jamie Oliver. I'm thrilled and I've only just begun. Can't wait to dive into what the other chefs have to offer. Can't wait!!

Great to reconnect with one of my favourite Chefs, Jamie Oliver and follow others that I know less of discovering their recipes and their stories.
For one the visual is perfect. Nice location, pretty surroundings, but more importantly the recipes are well explained without missing out on the small details and therefore encouraging the viewer to try them out. In retrospect what makes the experience special is the Chefs' stories as it makes you feel as if you know them, as if you are part of their world, travelling together and visiting their suppliers or the locations from where they operate.

I had made an error with the renewal of the Yes Chef subscription and due to my lack of awareness of the auto renewal I was charged full price. They were incredibly kind and understanding and offered me several options to rectify the situation. I would highly recommend this company- as well as informative cooking videos, the people behind the scenes have good integrity.

Trying to cancel my subscription, tried before and still was charged. I am now trying again before the auto-renewal and the site works for everything else except the cancellation. Not a happy camper, I am feeling trapped in the subscription and it is feeling intentional.

We did 2 life time memberships during the BETA launch in 2020 . ( special Promotions on the the life time membership. We used it on and off over 3 years, mainly for Nancy's Cesar dressing, which is a wonderful. I went to go log in this weekend but now I can not log in and they tell me both of our accounts are expired and asked if we wanted another " Lifetime membership " online chat takes hours if you can even get connected ( I have not been able to connect ) Emailed support , who is the one that told me we were expired. I am assuming they did not refer to the email from 2020 I forwarded to them . We even offered advise per request when they had the BETA launch 2020 , it was part of our promo when we signed up that they were offering this rate with lifetime membership. Very disappointed in the lack of follow up or investigation into why neither of us can log in. Joined March / April 2020

Wonderful content with charismatic chefs making authentic and culturally diverse food!!! The classes are engaging and the recipes with instructions are clear and easy to understand. Highly recommended!!!

Cannot stress enough not to use this company. They auto renewed without warning at a £60 increase for the second year and to date have not refunded. Even though they say there is a 30 day refund guarantee, they offered me only 50% refund once then agreed to refund all my money when I still complained. However, to date they have not refunded. 3 weeks later and are now ignoring my emails …
